Never been in a Frankie & Benny’s restaurants before, but I am impressed.
A clean place with good&decent food.
Me ans my friends had a good time with great classic music (Tom Jones, Elvis, Etc).

My son and I both had the mix grill.
To be perfectly honest it wasn't any thing special.
Lots of meat piled on a small plate.
Food wasn't a good value either.
But waiter was excellent,was very professional.
A long time since we have ventured out to Frankie and Benny's ... a very warm welcome ... followed by very tasty food .. meatballs and cannelloni. Excellent all round service by our host, Victor ...
Really nice place for brunch, lunch and dinner. Quality food was good and service, even being busy time, was very fast. Young lady Jessie was very professional looking after us.
I could have given it 5 stars, they have good food ofcourse! But we waited very long for our order to come. This place gets packed during the weekends. So if you're hungry and want to enjoy good food, come here but make sure to avoid the busy days!

Went for an early Sunday evening meal. Staff were good, food was good, and it was reasonably priced. I have taken off one star because the menu has quite a few less items to choose on it than the online version, but you are not made aware of that until you see the menu to order. Apart from that, we had a lovely time. It wasn't crowded, and we had plenty of space for a table of 6. A nice evening.
This is a great branch of the chain. I've been to many different branches and I love the chain, menu and offers in general. Here, the staff, especially the manager, are very accommodating and no request is too bothersome. I have celebrated a couple of birthdays here now and they all went really well and made a few kids very happy. Food was good and arrived fairly quickly. I was very pleased with all of my visits here, including when the bill arrived, which is why I am writing this review. If you haven't come here yet, give it a try.
This is the nicest one I have been in yet. The music was not too loud, the space was huge with a great layout. The staff were friendly, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. The food was served in a timely order and we were out of there in about an hour. Will definitely be going back to this restaurant!
We've taken our (now) 3 year old daughter here 5 times - it's always been good, staff really friendly and helpful and make us feel welcome. Today we went in (Sat lunch time) when it was (as expected) very busy, and they were still great. Buzzing, noisy atmosphere, plenty of families in - plenty of people there with friends - food tasty as always. This has become our 'go-to' place with family. Definitely recommend.
After doing some shopping on Tuesday, we decided to go to Frankie & Benny's to grab a bite. We haven't been there in a while as last time we went (couple years ago) we were not impressed. This time it was very good. Our waitress was Alex. and even though we had to wait for the food a fair bit she made sure we were well taken care of. The food was tasty. I would recommend going there, especially if you are served by the same person. Over all it was very pleasant way to end our day of shopping.
