I was underwhelmed by the Cambridge Mill today. Maybe it was because we were at Earth to Table last week and had exceptional service. It is another property in the Pearle Hospitality group. The food variety was exceptional. Labelling was inconsistent. Dishes were quickly refreshed on buffet tables. Food quality was better on cold tables than hot. Bacon was not worthy of the restaurant's food reputation .The brussel sprouts were nicely done. Table was quickly cleared, but coffee was not refilled, or was simply forgotten. Drinks were slow to table. The Caesars are extremely boring. The view is delightful, as it always is. It was a lovely brunch, but will likely not repeated soon.

My husband and I just celebrated our one year anniversary here, having been married at the mill one year ago. Not to our surprise the food was absolutely delicious with a perfect combination of flavours in every course. We enjoyed the beef tartar and the burrata - fantastic and complex flavours! Our steaks were divine and they gave us a special anniversary dessert and bubbly to celebrate. Our service was extraordinary, both management and our server were top-notch: extremely attentive, courteous and able to build an excellent customer connection. We look forward to returning every year to celebrate!

Absolutely beautiful restaurant with incredible service. Drinks were delicious and the mushroom flatbread appetizer was tasty but super filling! The special Uni pasta dish was absolutely incredible however, my pasta was slightly under done which was disappointing with how incredible the flavours were. My partner had the Snow Crab pasta which was fairly bland and had been under the heat lamp a little too long. We had Key Lime Pie for dessert and it was delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. Overall a fantastic experience!

Came here to celebrate our anniversary recently, and we had a very pleasant time. Having been here on several occasions previously, we knew that the food would be tasty, and it didn't disappoint. We asked for a table near the windows, and we were pleasantly surprised when the hostess seated us in a corner where we had windows on two sides, making for an amazing view and ambiance. We possibly had the best table in the place. (One slightly negative comment ... the windows were a tad dirty and spider-webby ... an occasional cleaning of the exterior side of the glass, would greatly improve the view and elegant surroundings.) All of our dishes were tasty ... fresh oysters, salad, beef tartar, pork belly and steak ... we would recommend all of them. We also have to say that our cocktails were superbly made, and our after dinner port and scotch rounded off the occasion marvelously. We will be back.

ey there, we wanted to pass along a review to Madi and your wonderful team at Cambridge mill! We got married at Cambridge mill September 29th 2023. To say it exceeded our already high expectations, is an understatement. First off, if you are even thinking about booking at one of the Pearl locations, do NOT hesitate!! The mill is an absolutely, unique and stunning venue. Everything from the ceremony, reception, and cocktail room is beautiful. We had our reception in the falls room and it is absolutely perfect. Every detail from start to finish was perfectly executed. The mill is incredibly organized, efficient and their communication with each other and their team is amazing to see. The service, food, and attention to detail was wonderful. The number of compliments we received, and the numerous times we heard, "this is one of the best weddings I've ever been too," is a true testament to the Mill's hard work to ensuring our guests, and ourselves had the most perfect day. To our coordinator, Madi- just, wow. You were there every step of the way. We had Madi at our menu tasting, and we immediately clicked with her charming, fun, and easy-going personality. We knew she'd be the energy we'd need on our big day! Madi made JD and I, our family and guests feel at ease. There was a delay with our shuttle and she expertly coordinated a plan to make sure everything ran smoothly. The attentiveness she gave both our families and Jd and I was unbelievable. As the bridal party walked into the reception, she made sure we all had our drink of choice waiting for us on the head table. As Jd and I headed out for sunset photos, our dinner had just arrived- Madi made sure we had fresh entrees waiting for us as we returned, which were absolutely amazing! Everyone I spoke to after the wedding told us additional situations where they were blown away by her attention to detail, communication and organizational skills. She knew our family members names, and made everyone feel special with any unique needs they might have had. The servers, bartenders and everyone else involved in our day- thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
