Really nice place, where we were quick to be seated and served. Had the shakshuka and the Welsh rarebit. Shakshuka was nice, though tasted more like tomato than any spices. Eggs were over done for my liking, but it was really busy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Such a lovely brunch spot! The halloumi shrooms and almond milk latte are my go to breakfast. They also have GF bread available for all your gluten intolerant friends 😊

Visited this morning having never been to a similar café before. Great atmosphere within. Food was very well balanced, looked incredibly appealing and tasted amazing. Pricing was very fair.

Best coffee <3 smooth and subtly sweet. Amazing. Halloumi ‘Shroom has nice poached eggs, though the cheese can be grilled/seared slightly longer. The sourdough is fabulous. I actually first heard of this place as a bakery next door, but instead of ordering deliveries I decided to walk for 40 minutes to take a bite :> worth it. Perhaps I’ll come back soon, even just for the coffee. (Sorry I was busy texting and didn’t take the picture right away. The foam was beautiful when I first saw it:)

Staff are lovely and helpful! Found the food to be a little lacking in flavour though beautiful to look at it!

We had breakfast here on a busy Sunday morning, a queue formed by the time we left. We were lucky enough to be able to sit out in the sun, but inside seemed big and attractive too. Service was steady ( was v busy as I said) but the coffee and food was great. All of us enjoyed our brekkie, would recommend.

Stir is a great place to meet with friends with your dog over a family friendly breakfast/brunch. Let's talk about food. Food always tastes great and there are plenty of options, in my opinion, so veggies. However, it's really expensive... hence 4 stars. Coffee was quite good also, served from a barista. Service. Excellent. Staff were super friendly. Very considerate. And food and drinks were delivered super quick. Atmosphere. For a cafe type place as good as it gets I guess. Bit echoey. Furnished nicely. Clean. Others were respectful.

Always wonderful to visit one of my favourite cafes in Cambridge (outskirts). I no longer live in central Cambridge and driving here to conveniently find cheap or free parking is a blessing. Service is always excellent and coffees are great. I used to order from the bakery however I sadly don’t anymore. The menu items are always accented very well with what the bakery produces. Simple yet delicious food all the time. The only critique is their hollandaise sauce is not made in house and the smoked salmon servings have shrunk over time and become more expensive. I’ve pretty much tried the entire menu over the many years I’ve been visiting here. Truly exceptional.

Nice and friendly and reasonably priced. We stopped for a late lunch and sat outside. The brunch was excellent. I had a rather unusual toasted sandwich with pastrami and sauerkraut.

Such a good cafe for brunch. Lots of good options, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful, so you can always switch ingredients out if you need to. All the bread is baked on-site, and is sooo good!

Brunch here was amazing. Got sat within 5 minutes even at a very busy time of day (just before midday, midweek, during Christmas holidays), and then served pretty quickly. Excellent communication from servers who told us the dish that wasn’t available as soon as she gave us the menus. We ordered 2 Benedicts with salmon, 1 mushroom & halloumi on sourdough, and 1 BLT. Everyone was satisfied with the portion size and we were all making mmmmm noises as we ate â˜ș Recommend this place!

We go here regularly - in fact pretty much daily. As much for the flawless food and coffee as for the incredible service (big shout out to the wonderful Sabrine!). 10/10

Coffee and brunch was lovely, though my eggs were a little cold when they arrived (see additional review at the bottom), but the truffle mushrooms on sourdough toast were great. We came at busy Sunday brunch time and it took 50 mins for our food to arrive so be aware of that. It was also incredibly noisy because it was so busy. I'd like to try it at a quieter time. I've been back on a weekday. Much better. Fast and efficient service. Eggs Benedict were perfect and no issue with the temperature.

Stir has very modern urban feel to the interior. Drinks here are fresh and have unique taste to it. Their bread is one of the best in Cambridge. Sourdough bread is a must try. Kind and tentative staff and the service from them is very lovely. Busy spot for brunch and their bakery sell out quickly so it helps if you are an early bird!

Really good food, all freshly prepared and great atmosphere inside the cafe but it’s a shame about service time. Quite a long wait after being seated to have someone come and take our order, would’ve been easier to go up to the counter and order as all tables had numbers. Decent prices but could have more options like vegetarian sausages. Staff were all lovely and very helpful in accommodating for dietary restrictions. If you go on the weekend and want to sit inside, be prepared for a bit of a wait as they can get quite busy but overall a very nice cafe!
