We've had Easter launch. Yummy food, big portions. Excellent service. Definitely will go back soon.
A lovely relaxed pub. Outside beer garden; a pool table inside, great to see games in a pub. Good was good, a choice of Thai food or the more traditional pub fare. Prices were good too.
Had a delicious thai lemon chicken, followed by a sticky toffee pudding and ice cream, which was equally good. Portion sizes were great, prices very reasonable, and service very friendly and efficient even though they had a large group booking at the time. Lovely on a cold day with the fire going, and there's also a pool table for your entertainment too.
Good service. Not sure if there is a new owner but the new manager is brilliant, she could not do enough to help with a smile. Major improvement

So far we have tried just about every pub in Histon including the overrated and hugely expensive Boot and Barley Mow beats them hands down in taste and value. They have all new service staff and they were struggling but really nice so give them a chance but food was absolutely amazing, well presented and tasty. Atmosphere is relaxed and simple. Highly recommended.
Good menu choice from east to west with a Thai and standard pub menu. They had some delivery problems impacting one of the dishes ordered but what was provided instead was excellent. Nice atmosphere and a friendly little pub dog which is always a bonus.
I've been working locally for a few weeks and was so pleased I found this pub after lockdown. The staff are so friendly. Reasonable prices and table service. I wish I knew all names off staff, but Laura is amazing. Look forward to returning next week. Thank you.
Drink here often, nice pub, all the staff are brilliant and they serve the best pint of Abbott Ale anywhere, foods great as well
Exceptional pub and has earnt the crown of our new local. The food is sublime, I highly recommend the quarter duck which I thought would be too small. Turned out it most definitely wasn't. The staff are friendly and listen to their customers (on 9/10 occasions) and Dore is a superb landlady.
My husband took me here for our anniversary meal! Staff were really friendly and helpful. We received excellent food and service. Waiting time for food was so quick. Really lovely place. Highly recommended.
