I have been dreaming of good fish and chips in Cambridge. I strictly pescatarian myself and they made fried my fish in a vegetarian oil with the chips even before they close. I felt so touched by the service, quality and the freshness of the fish and chips. Please do not change and you will see a lot of me. 10 out of 10 ❤️

Visited here after a recommendation and initially I thought the service was a bit slow considering it was only me in the shop, but the fish was being fried fresh ,so a little patience on my part was required.Cod in batter was honestly some of the nicest fish I have ever eaten really fresh fluffy and delicious ! The young man that served me was very polite too.Will definately be back when I visit again Thankyou !
We came in late, just before closing, and the girl working there made us all fresh cod and chips. Thank you so much! It was delicious and I had no problems with my stomach which might happen in some cases elsewhere. I give you a shoutout! Highly recommend.
Lovely lunch fish was spot on fresh chips on point and the Chinese curry sauce lovely been back two times this week !! working at the folk festival 10 out of 10 👍

10/10 best Chicken nuggets(Chunks!!) Best Gourmet burger I've honestly had, brioche bun was to die for! And the cheese perfectly cheesy! Chips were just perfect! The young 29 something woman at the till was really friendly and easy to talk to! Best takeaway I've have in yonkies years! So good!
I’ve ordered tons of times now, I have a friend who works there so I order to support her work but I tell you I would be even if she didn’t. I eat the chicken and it’s incredible, it’s different to most kinds. It’s juicy, I’ve never had them forget sauce and the employees when I’ve been there in person even when busy are very considerate and informative. I’ve even received notes from ordering so often. The chips are incredible, I’ve ordered with other friends who agree and as I’ve mentioned the chicken is so good. Between the service, food quality and their availability on just eat I cannot complain (:
The food from this place is pretty good, I dont eat fish or seafood but friends and family have always rated the Cod and say its always cooked well and tastes great. I have to say the chips are also very good! The only criticism is the prices, I would say that they are definitely more expensive than any of the other chip shops in Cambridge.....
A really good quality fish and chips takeaway, that also does a variety of chicken-based options too.
Everything is always fresh and cooked quickly, their online ordering system works very well and there's an app, too.
Look out for the deals on Mondays and Wednesdays - the Southern Fried Chicken and chips as really tasty and at a price it's hard to beat!

I recently moved to Cambridge and already Fish 'N Chick'n have become my default whenever I'm after a chippy. Friendly staff, great portion sizes and if you use just eat the delivery is incredibly quick compared to other food chains and the food itself has always been good, the chicken nuggets are actual chicken rather then pre-made nuggets which is brilliant and me and all my friends get out food from here every game night. Its great for locals and its location is quite near the station and the bowling nearby so its great for a quick chippy on a night there too. Couldn't recommend it enough.
I just got chips & curry sauce. Both were fantastic, especially the curry sauce because it seemed like it was homemade, much better than your average place. Chips were good also, next time i'll try the fish!
best tasting burger i’ve ever eaten and i’ve ate a lot of burgers!! surpasses many that i’ve eaten in gastro pubs - i had the cheese burger and it was delish
