Haven’t been here for a while, just a flying visit as I head towards Lincoln for a week. Always loved this place, it’s chilled comfy and great drinks and an almond croissant

This is café Nero near the Grafton centre at Cambridge! Had a cappuccino. Bacon roll and lemon meringue pie. Very tasty!

Amazing place, the upper floor is quiet and peaceful. The personnel is always friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoy the way Anastasia (Anna) makes coffee. Totally recommend!

Walked by on a very hot day and noticed that they had placed water bowls out by their sign for dogs. It was a nice gesture that they absolutely did not need to do, but speaks very well of them.

The best Cafe Nero I've been. The staff is always friendly and make the best coffee ever. I see the same people coming each day early morning which means they are loyal customers who are happy from the service and coffee they drink there. Thumbs up for you, guys 👍🙂

I came here earlier today and got a smoothie, the girls with the long hair were super friendly and welcoming! We had a chat while one of them made my drink, i’ll definitely be back, was a very nice experience

If I’m in Cambridge then I must visit this place because of nice service, lovely ambience. Lovely cosy place what I need at the moment after long walk 😬

Very nice place and the staff is friendly most of the times. When wanting to use the toilet staff was annoyed, and called me out for ising the women's toilet (the other one was locked but I just thought there was someone inside). Its 2023 just so you know. We should be over these things by now. They have student wifi, and it was (I hope) a one time issue. Nice place to work and study. Coffee is also quite good

hi im on my gap year and i recently started working full time at a job and the past week has been really exhausting. yesterday i worked a full day (12hr shift) and didnt get home until 3am, to have another full day today, starting at 10am. this morning words could not express how tired i was and decided to order coffee in the first hour of my work shift. i saw there was a free drink if i spent £10 so i got a lunch meal and a brioche bread, with the free drink. when it arrived and the brioche bread was instead a panini, i was a bit confused. then i saw the note with the little sad face and the kisses and i felt such joy and happiness. it wasnt even much it was just a little ‘ :( xo ‘ but that really sent me fsr. thank u guys so much xo :)

Café with a large furnished interior space complete with an upstairs. There are several seats with plug sockets and table space ideal for getting some work done. As such the cafe's frequently busy and at peak times it can be difficult to find a spot.

Clean, service was a little slow but understandable when drinks are being made from scratch. Decent quality food and drink.

Always a great coffee shop with delicious drinks. The baristas are lovely and even offered to give me an extra stamp on my loyalty card because they made my latte extra frothy by accident! Would always recommend.

Incredibly friendly service with the standard of drink to be as expected from this chain. Service was a tad slow due to the training of a new barista, but I wasn't in a rush and she made up for it by being polite and friendly. Definitely the best of the 4 Caffe Neros I have tried around Cambridge, with plenty of space upstairs and downstairs to sit and work
