Very surprised to find that I liked this place as much as I did. The reviews left a lot to be desired and when we turned up the building exterior did also. We stayed nearby for the weekend and needed to grab some food Friday night but was pleasantly surprised by the service and the food. We were in no way short changed, each dish came with ample meat in them (so much we couldn't finish). I'd go back if we stayed local. N.b. we ate in, I can't vouch for any take away quality!

We were directed to Meghna by the staff at the Grapes (...always ask a local) and it was truly outstanding. Excellent staff/service, excellent restaurant and top top quality food and shockingly good value for money. I'll certainly be heading their way from now on when I am in Cambridge. Sincere appreciation to the entire team at Meghna

Decent place. Nice decore. Food was above average. Saag Aloo was a bit mild. Garlic naan could've been a bit better. Mango lassie was fantastic. Spicy papad was awsome, don't get it at many places. Didn't have time for starters or dessert. Next time perhaps. Will go again.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered to Cambourne which is over 12 miles away which they did (fantastic) The food came within the hour as promised. The food was excellent. We had five different dishes and it was full of meat ( not like others that fill it with sauce and vegetables) Very tasty and filling and full of flavour. The fact that rice comes with each dish makes it more cost affective. Would recommend and worth the wait. Thankyou

This restaurant served one of the best south asian dishes I've ever tried in my life. This was also confimed by all people from our group dining-in at Meghna. I personally enjoy spicy meals, so Rajastani lamb fully satisfied my needs. Other people also found what they need, however the most important is that neither of us tried anything similar before (mostly in the US)

Went there with a group of friends and everyone raved about their meals. I had the lamb desi korma, which I'd not had before and it was absolutely delicious. As was the garlic naan, cooked just right, and the mango lassi was fab. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely food, with excellent nicely spaced service. No artificial colourings, all tasted yum! Highly recommended! Prawn puri and mixed tandoori both lovely. Sag paneer and garlic naans likewise!

Always top quality, lots of meat, perfect rice and gorgeous sauces. Top of my list for a takeaway, looking forward to dining in soon!

Came here randomly with my husband on a Tuesday night. The place looked a little suspect from the outside but inside it looked quite nice so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the onion bhaji, jalfrezi, passanda, sag chana, two portions of pilau rice, and two pints of Cobra (total came to £49.20). All were delicious! But we were a little disappointed in the portion size of the mains. If they were just a bit larger this place would be a winner.

We just finished our meal (tell a lie, we had half because the portions were generous!) and it was incredible!! Considering it’s a bank holiday, the delivery was quick and contactless, just as requested. My husband called to order as I’m dairy free and they were so helpful, talking through which of my favourite meals were dairy free and finding close alternatives for others. It was without a doubt, the tastiest and softest most beautiful lamb I’ve ever eaten. Would definitely recommend and we will be ordering again. Thank you!
