Arts Picturehouse - Cambridge - Photo album

arts picturehouse is great and the annual student deal for £20 letting you see as many older film reruns as you want is crazy. although I don't know why the cinemas that aren't big chains never have cupholders- light trolling imo 🏀.
Spacious seating areas and large bar. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Made mistake of sitting under a tv on the wall- lol. However we enjoyed our cooked breakfasts, chose the large option and felt very full afterwards!
Staff are always friendly. Cinemas are clean, cafe is well stocked, although they need to move the wine from under the warm lights as it has made some wine taste bad, in my opinion. They always have a selection of films, not just the same as other cinemas.
Good cinema in the city centre. Staff were fairly friendly and snacks were well priced although we brought our own to save money. Seats were comfortable but had no cup holders which is annoying. Would recommend VUE and the light cinema as they are better in my opinion. The screening kept stopping be
Love going here & having something to eat & drink before watching the film. Lovely pizzas. However, disappointed that the leg room has been reduced in the screen room following refurbishment - & no longer have cup holders in the arms of the seats to put your drink.
Love this cinema... 3 screens, not overly busy, awesome staff. Nice to have a drink and a movie in a warm welcoming environment
More expensive than your average cinema. It is a nice atmosphere, though, and so worth the extra money if you can! I saw the new Wes Anderson film.
A great cinema, showcasing only the best film, with comfy seating and a bar that allows you to take wine, beer or coffee in with you. Staff always kind and friendly.
A great cinema in the heart of Cambridge. Has a wide variety of different films, from mainstream to the more arthouse offerings. Cafe and bar on site is a perfect place for a preshow drink or snack. Also screen 1 has THX certification, with great sound and projection.
Comfy'ish fleece lined chairs and decent mid sized screens but this cinema is a little dated now and the leg room is a little cramped if you're over 6 foot tall. However it has character in spades and has a very welcoming atmosphere that you won't find in the larger more corporate multiplexes. Ph
I basically live here. Lovely and kind staff. Great quality screens.
Great selection of films and really nice atmosphere! Was served by Emily who was super helpful and made the experience really enjoyable :) Will be back soon!
Big seats, and good location, also spoons next door what more could you want
Lovely local cinema atmosphere. Decent sized screens and average sized seats. Well located cafe and great to be able to take drinks into the screening. Membership scheme well worth the price
An excellent establishment with an excellent range of beers and very tasty steaks with chips. Prices are inexpensive, besides, you can take food along with drinks, then you have to pay ridiculous money for beer - £1.30. If you want to eat delicious food and drink a little beer, but at the same tim
LOVE this cinema, I came here as a child in the 80s/90s and I'm glad they still have it running. Classic cinema experience
Lovely theatre but the tickets can get quite pricey.
