The Garden Cafe - Cambridge - Photo album

Such a relaxing and peaceful place to visit- perfect for a gentle stroll or to do some school work. I particularly liked the tropical greenhouse area and the Guppy pond! The food was delicious and even though it was busy the service was perfect (a little pricey I will admit but still delicious). I
Beautiful gardens with very walkable paths. Disability access in most areas. Ate in the cafe, quick service, great for a light meal or snack.
Good place to take a break from the majestic flora. Sip a coffee or take a vegan roll to gain more energy before heading back to the botanic gardens.
Came here in the summer and was wonderful been today in the autumn and again it was lovely. Nice little gift shop with some lovely products in. Cafe is nice, sat outside with a hot chocolate and cake. Will be back for the lights.
Well impressed with the gardens over all up keep and variety of plants. The paths were an easy walk and the map was of great help. There is a nice area to watch the ducks and ducklings. We also ate at the cafe. The cafe has a variety of premade sandwiches and salads that are a bit over average price
The café is clean and it's nice eating in the outside area on warm days. The food choices are good and the cake options are amazing. The only thing that is not so good are the toilet facilities, in that there is not enough of them. They are perfectly clean, though.
Amazing open space in the centre of Cambridge. The glass houses are extraordinary and I love to take a walk regardless of the season because there is always something new to see. The cafe has good food although the queuing system never ever makes sense to me and I feel too many tables have been put
beautiful gardens and worth a long visit! we intended for this to be a 2 hour visit, but we ended up staying for 5 hours. the best part is that the purchase includes day tickets and you can come and go as you please before it closes. we ended up coming back in the late afternoon to view more of the
Excellent gardens with a wide variety of plants, and environments in the hot houses. Very educational, spent three hours there and it was not enough. Good eating and drinking facilities.
Best Flat White in Cambridge IMHO. And good cakes including several Gluten Free options.
Food was cold jacket potatoes reheated but cold cheese on top that should have been melted. Great place to walk around .entrance fee. But free to students .
Lovely cafe, really good selection of rolls and sandwiches both hot and cold, beautiful cakes, free tap water to fill water bottles or just have a glass(also provided)
Beautiful garden, easy walking and good venue for a light lunch.
Gardens beautiful but avoid the cafe. Told kitchen shut and it was lunch time and charged twice for drinks which my bank phoned me about as possible fraud!
The cafe sells coffee, tea, and herbal teas, and a range of sandwiches and cakes. The seating inside is modern - a Scandinavian minimalism. The whole of the rear of the cafe is one big window that looks out onto a courtyard of trees, so even sitting in the cafe it feels light and airy. Outside ther
Very nice place to sit down and take something. We ordered some Victoria cake it was very expensive so I thought it would be great quality but the cake was stale
Good food and service and nice staff i recommend coming here for a coffee tea and something to eat.
