Lovely meal with Buyagift voucher. After booking through buyagift I still told the waitress that we were using a buyagift voucher so she could bring us the correct menu. Very helpful staff and great value for money.
The girls where very attentive our starters arrived swiftly as did our mains. We asked for a break before desert but they let us kick back enjoy the river and people watch. Cocktails very good!! Delicious!
Lovely meal and great service. It was my partners birthday and it was very relaxed and they never hounded us to move from our table even we had been there a while
When we arrived was seated straight away, the service was so slow, waiting a good 15mins for a drink. Was there a good 2hrs due to the slowness...food amazing though.

Right in front of the punting start zone. Sit outside and the pasta’s are amazing. Good place to eat before or after punting. Infact the best out of all the places.

Absolutely fabulous for an Italian chain restaurant! Great location next to the river, great decor inside, and some fancy-dancy flutes for the prosecco we had. The highlight though was this spicy penne I had with This Is Not Chicken in it! Absolutely divine scran! The garlic cheese bread/flatbread thing was good enough, but it just wasn't for me. However, overall, I would definitely recommend this place!
Better than expected. Came with a last-minute O2 discount. Smells nice and tastes alright. I really appreciate the spinach in the pasta. The sauce is light and not too heavy or greasy, but a little too watery, making it hard to eat elegantly with the dripping cream.
Portion for pasta is quite small and not very filling. The calories are adequate of course.
Service is friendly (exceptional for chains:) and fast. Asks about and accepts discounts without grudge.
Unlikely to come back for the full price though.

Booked a table for 20:30hrs for our evening meal we always try to find a Prezzo when we are away. The usual high standards were here. We had garlic bread, Margherita pizza and beef in red wine with porcini mash. All cooked fresh and really tasty. We also had a free bottle of Prosecco from joining their mailing list. Keep up the good work Prezzo

Good COVID practice, excellent service by Nuno. The food was good as well. Only complaint that I have was about the large margarita pizza. Though the pizza was large it felt like a stretched out regular pizza but you get charged extra for it. Felt like the regular pizza my partner had better cheese to tomato ratio but the large margarita felt like it was lacking a bit of cheese. Specially when you pay extra for it. The wine was good and so was the dessert. Overall happy
