Wonderful experience: Got taken here as a birthday surprise by my friends. To my delight the staff were aware it was my birthday, and greeted me with a birthday song and a plate full of goodies. There was a good variety of everything from sandwiches to cakes. Tea, coffee or soft drinks are available in a good variety. There was nothing that was too much trouble for the staff. Would recommend this place to anyone who would love a difference in a treat. Thank you all lovely staff - and of course my two lovely friends!

We had a lovely afternoon tea for 2. A nice change that all hot drinks were included, and unlimited, so I was able to have a delicious hot chocolate. Sandwiches and cakes selections was lovely, and two huge scones each. I highly recommend trying this out. It is also wonderfully positioned for the punting on the river or to look around the colleges, or just going shopping. The staff where very attentive and friendly.

Rudi was fabulous! Poor thing was abandoned alone to run and serve all the customers as his chef had a family emergency. But despite the pressure he carried it all with a smile and was so warm and friendly. We had a groupon offer for cake and coffee. I had mille fuille which was absolutely delicious, and a very good oatmilk latte

Very good! We ordered the winter menu, there was a lot of food. The pie was very good. I wouldn’t recommend the risoto. The soup and the desert was very good! The staff is very friendly. Place is clean and cosy.

It is my personal favourite cake shop in town because all the cakes are delicious but not in a very-sweet manner. They offer a wide range of cakes, tarts, and other desserts, suitable for both dining in and taking away. There are also big birthday cakes and celebration cakes available. Although it does not look like a restaurant, actually the breakfast and afternoon tea are also very tasty. A minor weakness is the service. Sometimes, the staff may be too busy to take the order and/or clear up the table promptly. But the food is good. Highly recommended.

I visited the store and it was quiet. The display of cake was out of this world. The care and attention to make it look so enticing worked and au wasn't expecting to pop in. But so glad I did. Taste 5*. Service 5*.

Nice collection of cakes and pastries. Custard cream and vanilla cakes with fruit toppings were really awesome. However, personally I feel it's overpriced. You get student discount of 10% with your id card.
