Been to five guys many times now, mostly in Norwich, this five guys is massive! Plenty of seating!
Went for something different this time because I saw recently you can have a Grilled Cheese divided into two halves to act as the buns and then pay for 2 extra patties or 1 If you wanted a single. This was up there with one of the best burgers I've ever had, anywhere, so cheesy, crisp but juicy patties, soo good. Highly recommend asking for this off menu selection.
I ordered food to go since I was visiting from the USA. Thought I would see how Five Guys does across the pond. Well, I ordered the little cheeseburger with little fries, and it was totally enough food for me! Burger and fries were both cooked to perfection… I would definitely recommend this location.

Food is always very good and tasty, but a little expensive.
The custom drinks machines are fantastic and clean, but again too expensive.
My only gripe is the music is a bit loud for my liking. Its just a tad distracting if you want a relaxing eating expensive. Otherwise its always a great go to place for me

Always a reliable and pleasant dining experience, food is always great, love the fries done in peanut oil! The staff are great and really know what they are doing, other fast food joints should take notes how to efficiently run a kitchen!

Tasty food, quick service, clean facilities. The portions of fries are LARGE. We get one regular between the two of us. Regular burgers are double patties, order a little one for a regular size burger. Pretty good value for money and staff very pleasant.
First Five Guys experience and it did not disappoint 😋 the burgers were delicious! The Cajun spiced chips were also very tasty!
Visited with my children, first time I've been there and would happily go back. Was a bit quiet so little atmosphere but everything else was good. Friendly helpful staff. Food came quickly, was hot and good. Girls who are 7 and 9 also enjoyed it.
Good quality burgers with plenty of filling and flavour. Very nice chips cooked in peanut oil and plenty of extras always thrown in the bag. Milkshakes are wonderful although some are sickly with significant levels of sugar which shouldn’t be overlooked. On the pricier end of fast food.
Ja, the burgers are not bad, if not a little pricey for what they are.
Just love this place. Food is delicious and staff are super friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to kick my father square in the nuts if it meant I could eat a Five Guys burger.
This is probably my 10th time coming to this specific location over the past 6 months. My experiences improves everytime I come to this establishment. The employees are crazy friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food is always excellent. Being from America I can say this is exactly like home. I travel over an hour to come here and its completely worth it.
It's kind of pricey but it's to be expected with good quality food and great service. They have a clean eating area and the bathrooms are always up to par.
They also have the soda machine with over 100+ different combinations you can make! (They have my favourite: Dr.Pepper!)
I highly recommend this place for good food friendly, fast service consistently thru every visit!
** forgot to mention how large the portions are!! You only need a regular sized fry for two people. Fries are made to order and over filled! The burgers are large as well! :)
I have visited this specific Five guys restaurant now for just over a year and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this restaurant what so ever! Their service and their food and everything about Five Guys is absolutely Top quality, the Staff is nothing but Professional and Amazing with customer service!!! 10/10!!!!!!

The best burger and fries I've ever eaten in my life, there's a reason it's expensive! All cooked there and then fresh on site, unlimited fizzy drink, incredible milkshake and hotdogs, and free nuts 😅 love it 😊
