Every day from 12-3 there is a lunchtime all you can eat buffet for £5.99. It's not a huge selection but what is on offer is very good. For what you pay it is outstanding value.

Great little restaurant. Good friendly staff who are quite prepared to explain the menu and what goes with what. All the food we had was really good. Spicy and flavoursome. Will definitely be going back.

Great option for Indian food within budget in and around Cambridge. The starters are a must try and the chefs have really tried to maintain the authenticity of the food prep and serving to be as close to the indian street food experience. Bonus - Thela actually means a food cart on which street food is cooked and served to the customers. Usually temporary establishment.

Having lived in Cambridge for close to a decade now, this is the closest any restaurant comes to serving 'real' and 'authentic' Indian food, and specifically 'Mumbai street food'. Real Mumbai street food delicacies like Pav Bhaji, Manchurian, actual Papdi Chaat, Vada Pav were nowhere to be found anywhere in the UK other than London. Great taste and amazing quality. This restaurant is a breath of fresh air and I've become a regular customer now!! :-)

The service is really good. The portion size was just right with a decent sized meat portion in both dishes. The thali dish has a good variety and everything is well proportioned. The mango lassi was very vicious and required considerable force to drink through the straw. It is recommended to book a table in advance as it gets busy fast.
