The Senate - Cambridge - Photo album

Had a glass of white wine and prosecco with some nibbles. Really nice place with a touch of portuguese decor. Will definitely come back to try the food too.
A small bistro right on the marketplace. It gets busy during lunch hour. Food is ok, with lots of tapas-like options. Good for a date.
A lil bit cozy with the indoor seating. Service staff was attentive but she's working alone welcoming guests, taking orders and bringing food. (we got lucky when we arrive before people started coming in). Paid £148 for a starter, 2 glasses of wine, OJ, water, aperol spritz, bottle of white wine an
Beautiful, satisfying and delicious comfort food and friendly staff. What more could you ask for? The service is efficient but not pushy. The prices are on the higher side but well worth it and no more expensive than the average prices anyway. There are choices for veggies too. I took the mushroom
The Bistro is located outside St. Mary's Church and sitting outside watching time go by is really pleasant. The food was delicious and full of flavour. The staff were very professional, accommodating and adhering to Government guidelines. The only critique i would say is that it took quite some tim
Delicious Food and Amazing Service. It was super sunny on the day i went but when the sun went away, it did get cold. But the restaurant provides comfy clean blankets which makes you feel nice and warm. The food, would really recommend Chilli Cheese King Prawn and Wild Mushroom Gnocchi 🥰 Also how ca
Quick service and lovely food with a wide selection of meals. Compliments to the chef
High quality, well presented food with excellent service. Visited yesterday with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at The Senate. From the beautiful setting across from St Mary's church to the wonderful service from all the staff. It was complimented with delicious food for all my
Beautiful setting in Cambridge centre. Delicious food - recommend the vegan burger and pea and shallot gnocchi. Good cocktails too. All served by friendly staff.
The food was so lovely, service excellent and this is a must visit in Cambridge. I had fish cake for starter and pork belly. Highly recommend. Please visit if you get the chance. In fact- make the chance
Great food, the patatas bravas, calamari and mussels were good. We also had the chilli linguine but it was a bit bland for my taste.
Fabolous fish and chips. Price is adequate to the quality of food. I suggest you to try. A wonderful a experience. I take also a superb IPA beer. I hope to go back soon as possible
One of my favorite restaurants in Cambridge. Great location - in the front of the Kings College Chapel and around the corner from the Market Square. Good choice of food and wine. Always friendly service and cozy atmosphere.
Tasty if predictable French food. The space is cozy and quite nice for a special occasion. The food didn't really surprised much. You can guess the brand of the baked camembert from it's packaging, the boar tortellini, even if good, misses the chance to be exceptional and really show the gammy side
Two of us ate outside on a Tuesday lunchtime. It was busy which made service a little slow but the two waiters were very friendly and created a lovely atmosphere. Cocktails were good and the food we had (chicken escalope) was really delicious and good portion sizes. I’m finding it harder to feel tha
