Going into the shop was just the start of the magical experience of Jack's Gelato.. with it's cool, edgy and elegant decor. Adding to this was the thrill of seeing the ice-cream churning at the counter. The menu, which changes often, offers a mouth wateringly tough choice... but the helpful staff always seem happy to offer a taster to help make up your mind. I love the chocolate dipped cones and the honeycomb gelato is one of my favourites. Great to have a place where you can sit in and savour this delicious treat too. A quality experience.

Love the flavour combinations. Had the Alphonso mango with chilli and salt. Wow! Love the crunchy hit of salt with the slow warm burn of the chilli and the sweet mango. And the Earl Grey and plum was also fantastic.

Venture into the heart of Britain's ice cream scene with Jack's Gelato. The flavors here are nothing short of culinary artwork. Dive into the complex yet perfectly balanced White Miso-Honey or let the Apricot-Mezcal delight your taste buds. A visit to Jack's Gelato is not just recommended; it's a rite of passage for anyone seeking frozen nirvana.

A must visit for ice cream lovers if you're in Cambridge. Located opp. St.Benet's church on St.Benet's street in the heart of Cambridge. There's always a queue at this place but it moves rather quickly. This guy behind a counter explained ice cream flavours with cheerful willingness. Great service and the ice cream was delicious.

Lovely ice cream, if you not sure what flavour you like they will let you sample a little bit until you make your mind up. The Mango sorbet is lovely, wasn’t a fan of the whiskey flavour though. The shop does get very busy, especially in nice weather.

It's a must try ice cream place in Cambridge. Whether you like ice-cream or not definitely try it once. You don't get ice cream like this most often. I came to know about this place when we were in Cambridge for a trip and my wife found it as I love ice cream. They got a limited range of flavours but I heard it changes after sometime. It's located in the city centre and quite close to the kings college.

I was worried that the ice cream wouldn't live up to the great reviews and long queue but it was absolutely fabulous! We had the vanilla coconut (vegan), dark chocolate sea salt (vegan), brownie dough and all of them were fantastic 👌 Haven't had such delicious ice cream in a long time. Would visit again if we ever are in town again!

So good we came three times in four days. Love the option to have a tiny scoop which is perfect for kids. So many delicious flavours that change daily. Strawberries and cream ice cream and blueberry sorbet were my faves. Also every member of staff we encountered was awesome, so sweet patient and kind even on really busy evenings. Worth a stop even if there's a queue! Open til 11 when we visited during August weekday, yay!

I've been here 4 times I believe, this is definitely the best Gelato I've tried. In the picture I had honeycomb, hazelnut and caramelised milk. The flavours change everyday. There is always a queue but it's always worth the wait. It also melts quickly so be aware to eat it somewhat quick or a have it in a cup :)

Was recommended this little gelato place from some travel blogs and decided to pay a visit. Very busy gelato place with lots of standard and interesting flavours e.g marmite, toasted pine nut etc. The menu change everyday and customers are welcome to try the flavours before buying. Tried a few and decided to try some unusual flavours so went for gooseberry sorbet which is very refreshing with bits of fruits in it, and coconut, ube & raspberry twirl which is definitely my favourite out of the two. Very creamy and with the raspberry to balance out the sweetness of the coconut.

Fabulous gelato. There's a reason there's always a huge queue. It's because Jack's Gelato is that good! Don't be put off by the queue, as it moves really quickly and service is really swift. The team are great and the range of flavours is huge, with plenty of unusual ones to challenge your taste buds. Very, very highly recommend.

If you want dessert and you're in Cambridge, Jack's Gelato is a must. Don't believe us? The line of people will say it all but don't worry, the line moves rather fast. It's delicious and many options. I had the Carrot Cake gelato in a waffle cone and my son had the Salted Oreo in a waffle cone. Staff is friendly, dress is casual and prices are fair.

I bought honey comb and passion fruit Gelato. Honey comb was best. Passion fruit was tangy and ice based but honey comb was rich in taste. Many people were also ordering brown sugar blondie. I will try this one next time. The queue was too long but it was worth and approves that taste is worth waiting for.

A must try when visiting Cambridge in the summer or, when you're in the area and you're craving for some good gelato. Tried the Sesame and white pistachios which was really nice. Would love to try other flavours next time.

Definitely worth the long queue, Jack’s Gelato has one of a kind gelato flavours with new and creative flavours. Was lucky enough to try the Almond Cake flavour and it was a creamy gelato base with almond cake bits, one word - “sensational”. Two half scoops - Almond Cake, Vegan Chocolate (£3.5)

A must visit in Camebridge for its famous gelato. This place really does live up to the high praise it receives online. Although the long queue may be quite discouraging, it moves very quickly. All of the flavours we tried were absolutely amazing, and we would honestly visit again if we had the chance.

Amazing authentic gelato just like in Italy. They always have some interesting unconventional tastes like English whiskey or apricot sorbet. Totally recommended!

Amazing place. I would come here and bring whoever visits Cambridge. You can skip the line by scanning the QR code and do not forget to ask about the secret flavour.
