Great value for money, modern and clean. Taco's were made up fresh so had to wait about 5 minutes, but very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful too. Unlimited drinks refill a bonus 👌
This has the potential to be a good restaurant if they employ more staff! Ate here awhile ago (about mid February) and we ordered quite a lot of stuff for two people so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but it came apparent there was only about 3 staff in the kitchen with one girl popping in and out to clean! So our order took about 30-40 min waiting in store and the male server was kind and gave us extra chips and cinnamon twists. However I personally really enjoyed my burrito and the chips, churros and cinnamon twists were all good. If there are more staff, it has the ability to run way smoother. The staff there are brilliant however at the moment, hence the 4*!
Food is good for the money, but don't expect burritos stuffed to the max. Very "sensible" portioning. Didn't get napkins, a straw, or cup lid with order. Everyone sits upstairs or at the back. No floor staff so the place is messy most of the time. Foods good tho. Dip your chicken in the caramel sauce.
Great Taco Bell and after seeing how bad the one I went to in London it's far far better! Quick service, clean, lots of space and great food. Well done.
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews as we have always had a good experience, food is great value for money, the wait isn’t long, staff are friendly
This was our first time to a Taco Bell….it was really good! Great customer service. Nothing to complain about so a well deserved 5 stars.!

Was amazed when I found out a store had opened in my town. Mate!!! I can get tacos for takeaway!!!
I've ordered online and been in store a few times. You're better off ordering online and collecting, however.... there are deals available in store that are non on the app. Even the in store, self service robots don't have the deals on the big screen menu.
Food is amazing, service is fast (if ordered online. I have not had a dine-in experience yet, but ordering in store takes longer than pre ordering online) value and quality.

I feel the need to review given the great improvement I’ve seen at this restaurant. When I visited during its first few weeks of opening, the service was incredibly slow. It seems they’ve improved massively; the last few times I’ve been, the service has been quick and the food has been delicious.
We have eaten here several times and every time the staff have been lovely, welcoming and pretty quick with the food.
A mistake was made with a take out for us just once which was sorted out within minutes. Cannot fault their customer service.
I notice low reviews for delivery. This may possibly be down to the delivery company itself and not Taco Bell.
I ordered here a about 2 months ago and it took a while to come out but decided to come back more recently,
And despite the Friday afternoon rush my order only took 5-10 minutes and all the food was hot a fresh and absolutely delicious!!!

Every time I have been surved the assistants have all been amazing. Really yummy food too. Would recommend this place completely.
Food was great & so was staff. Just not enough staff for the size of shop. Got the order in 5 min. While there i did notice some people were ordering foods and not collecting when ready so tge staff had to keep shouting the order number every min.
