Greedy owners who know customers have no choice but to queue up to then get ripped off. They wouldn’t give my wife 30ml of boiling water to make a bottle for my 3 month old son and tried to charge her £1. The owner needs to exercise some common sense, life isn’t all about money!
The food tasted quite bland. The bottles drinks were very warm. No condiments available. The chips were soggy and portion sizes very small. All in all it was bad quality and worse service.
Owners/Manager need a little customer care training! Absolute joke. Ruined what otherwise was a great day out.
Family of 4 went and had fish and chips plus drinks , was very nice , BUT for the price you would think there would be a bottle of ketchup on the table, instead of having to pay 10p for tiny sachets . Would have been 5* if it wasn't for the ketchup.
You can get really nice fish and chips also water and beach toys. Toilets are available behind the building, it's a separate building. Also plenty of parking available.
The queue was really long, we were told upto 40-45 mins wait for a few fish and chips. The staff were not too warm or friendly. The portions sizes were kids size which too was very disappointing. We all wished we had gone somewhere else in the end. But if you are looking for somewhere cheap and not
