I went for American night with a group of friends. The staff were really friendly and helpful, despite it being busy. The food was awesome, my absolute favourite was the Mac n cheese, but the rest of the options were also excellent.
We all had a great night and it was excellent value for money.
We had a meal with relatives, we have been before and always had a good meal and this time I have to say the food was fabulous and presented well, staff good too. The only negative to the night was a very large dog, the size of a small donkey in the restaurant, why I am a dog lover I think there is
The staff were so busy but always smiling - And so were the locals. The food was great, but the lasagna was a little dry. That's no reflection on the Chef, it's just an opinion. I had the pulled chicken burger. It was fantastic! The puddings were out of this world!
Had a lovely meal here and the waitress cum sticky toffee pudding baker was very friendly. Pudding was yummy. We went on Caribbean night and were not disappointed. Well worth a visit. Not too pricy either.
Sunday lunch. Delicious carvery with a wide selection of freshly cooked vegetables. Great for vegetarians too and a lovely selection of home made puds.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Its brilliant. Lovely little pub in a picturesque village, it has plenty of car parking for those travelling out.
The food in the pub is brilliant. Without any reservation everyone had a brilliant meal. Trying various courses everything tasted excellent.
Good food in a traditional pub. We were warned of a wait for food as it was busy and it was suggested we book next time to speed up the service. I had the mixed grill which was very good and my girlfriend has sausage and chips which she enjoyed. Thanks.
Absolute must. Top notch service and very friendly, attentive to every need. I can not speak highly enough of the team. The food was even better, fresh cooked to perfection. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer.
