Amazing pub, great food, great staff! Ange is also amazing and always happy to help with anything! Lewis in the kitchen always a good laugh, and amazing food, Tavis and Rhiannon always happy and cheerful behind the bar and great service overall! Couldn’t recommend enough!
Not Michelin Star, better... you get good food, plenty of it and service with a smile all for a very reasonable price.

Had a wonderful evening at "The Pontygwindy" in Caerphilly yesterday, where we decided to go to celebrate my husband's Birthday. The evening exceeded all my expectations with delicious food and exemplary service. Our group ordered a variety of meals and drinks and everything arrived in a timely fash
What a lovely evening we had last Saturday for our son-in-law's birthday. Hannah and Kate looked after us well. Such pleasant ladies, pleasant surroundings and delicious food. Thank you, guys.

Visited here a few times over past month with friends. Sometimes for food and others just for a drink. Best beer garden in Caerphilly! Kids play area keeps the little ones entertained! Food has always been lush each time!! No complaints there! Beer was ice cold and refreshing. Couldn’t fault anythin

Quite a nice looking pub/restaurant. It's in a good accessible location with a fair sized car park and as a result Is usually fairly busy. Staff are friendly and do their job well. The downsides come from the upsides, because it's busy the place is very worn. The condiments are hit and miss as well
Service was amazing, food was fantastic and great price. No problems. Partner also enjoy the Purple Rain that was the best she’s ever tasted.
