Great little mcdonalds. Small ish parking area. Has drive thru and spaces for the mcdonalds app (didn't see them until we was in drive thru) food was warm and delivered quick. Visited twice and both times we was happy.
Just called in for breakfast with my family we used the drive through and what a happy pleasant team they have polite happy and professional food was hot and fresh something I can honestly say I haven't experienced in a long time for maccys welldone caernarfon 👏 we are now happy and full for are journey home
Ill be honest. Its Mcdonalds. Its nothing like it used to be. Food was great and enjoyable. Service is incredibly slow. We used the drive through which isnt the best, and its worse when its busy.
Staff are 90%of the time polite and cheerful, the other 10% of the time they look like they dont want to be there.
Would use another site, but dont really want to driver another 6 or 7 miles to bangor. Next one is Aberystwyth.....
Fast and mostly reliable, it will take a longer period of time to get your order during 3pm to 5pm
All the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. It's a pleasure to call in.
Stopped off here with my boyfriend's dad on our way to check the caravan. There was a lovely gentleman who served us at the till, never actually caught his name! He was an older gentleman who had just started and was still figuring out how to put food orders through. He thanked us for being so patient with him while he was still learning. We had a nice chat with him and the rest of the staff, who were all very pleasant
We sat in and it was clean.
I enjoyed the food and managed to get the hang of the order system.
Lovely staff. 30 minuets from Haven greenacres and very worth the travel.

Typical smallish McDonald's. Avoid lunchtime on the weekend. Very polite, helpful staff.
