Lovely land lady who made the pub feel warm and friendly, didn't try the food, just had drinks and watched football but it looked really nice
Food was perfect and the service was exceptional. Would highly recommend
I ain't gonna lie, I liked it at Palace Vaults, I just went in with two of my carers and it kinda had its own flaws, the wait was a bit appalling but that's when I think the owner of the bar said they'll give us a free drink. Because of the long wait. They were lovely, although one of the workers was moody and slammed cutlery on the counter which imo there was no need, it was good.
Brings me down to the food, I can tell you now if your looking for a curry in one of the evenings or day then the chicken curry they make was spot on. They do Rice or you can swap that with homemade chips. 😋 they do nachos, jacket potatoes, though the menu is kinda small.
I would certainly recommend to those who want to have a few pints while waiting for their food.

Great location right across the street from Caernarfon Castle . Grabbed a nice pint from a friendly server and headed outside to enjoy the castle view and the pleasant weather.
Great place. Food was lovely and staff were really pleasant and polite. Best priced food we've ever found especially for the quality. Don't look anywhere else.

A nice meal with good drinks and service. A little pricey, as pubs go, but the food was excellent. Can recommend the sea bass with a creamy bean risotto. We would go again.
Our favourite pub for the week! 'Gloucester' Steve was a really lovely bloke and made us feel very welcome. Landlord very friendly we had a fab week in Caernarfon and visited the pub every day 😊😊 Food was great too. They didn't mind our singing either and played music to suit our taste. Sue, Neil, Ali & Tom hope to visit again x
