best meal i've had out for a long time. lovely friendly staff. great setting. would highly recommend it
Had mother's day meal on a busy Saturday night, head of house was a bit dry! Our waitress was wonderful,she couldn't do enough for us, even though it was busy she took good care of our need's! Food was absolutely gorgeous & more than plenty of it! Left feeling satisfied & bloated.
Our fave place in caernarfon! Staff are always amazing the view is fab and the food is delicious!!

Very good food and service. We had the same guy look after us throughout our meal & he was very apologetic about the service being slow & how he hadn't been waiting on long as he had previously worked behind the bar there. We could not fault anything. We told him what a great job he had done looking after us and everything was spot on. 10 / 10. Highly recommend & definitely be back.

Decent, family-friendly restaurant with helpful staff
Close to the waterfront and the neighbouring Premier Inn. Fairly standard pub fair but super value deals before 18:00. The smothered chicken was great and double up on the chicken breast for only £1.90!! It does get pretty busy though. It’s not easy getting staff these days.
We stayed at the Premier in opposite and opted for the meal deals which included breakfast and an evening meal . The service was good and the atmosphere very friendly. The food was well cooked and there was plenty of choice , breakfast was good and set you up for the day. Would definately go there again and recommend to others. Lovely view across the harbour. Lovely setting.
As a vegetarian there was just a few choices. I had the no chicken combination, it was ok but definitely needed more BBQ sauce on it and the cheese needed to be melted on the top of the no chicken not just placed on it. My husband had the fish pie which he said was great.
A top notch breakfast.
What really stood out was the service.
Our youngest has a medical issue for which we've been told cranberry juice could help. Can't find one she likes until we sat down for breakfast and she lapped it up! Asked a staff member for the name of the brand and she landed back with 2L cartons for us to take. Very impressed.

9 of us turned up for food last minute in a Tuesday evening and we had a table and excellent food and service within 15 minutes! We also had breakfast here, a lovely buffet, fresh fruit and fresh food. 5 stars well deserved.
I stayed at the Premiere Inn next door and visited this restaurant for breakfast on three occasions. Each day I was greeted by Nicola who I have to say is a breath of fresh air. She’s very welcoming, friendly and cheerful. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to due to Nicola’s excellent customer service. Thank you Nicola.
I'm normally quite an anxious person, however everyone here has been so friendly and welcoming that I felt immediately at ease as soon as I walked in. It's lovely to have a good morning greeting and a small conversation about the day to come, you don't get that in many places anymore.
The continental breakfast was great, good variety and perfect to start the day. The cooked breakfast smelled great and looked very appetising.

Had the mix grill and upgraded to the 8oz steak 🥩, absolutely loved it £20,parking is £2.20 for 4 hrs, suggest a stroll around the harbour area really beautiful place... Also if you are sad person like me there is a home bargains across the car park. Update 2nd visit 23/7/22......myself and my girlfriend dropped in for a 2nd visit today and can only say firstly how rude the meet and greet man was, asked if we booked a table I said no, just thought we would drop in on the off chance of a table, which he replied like you and everyone else, he then said there is a table but need you done within hour and half as it is booked, anyway I ordered the steak pie and chips, which was really nice, girlfriend ordered gammon and mash which she really enjoyed... Going to try the other table table over the menai bridge 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😂😂😂Update visited Harbour table table over the Easter weekend and must say that the food and service was excellent, my girlfriend had the mix grill and I ordered the large steak burger with both having a prawn cocktail starter...Our waitress Ella is a credit to the company 👏 👍
Spectacular views over the harbour, and exceptional friendly and efficient service from start to finish. Delicious food served swiftly but without feeling rushed. Highly recommend.
Popped in for a quick drink whilst on a walk along the harbour lovely place we sat outside with the dogs 🐕 but was lovely inside when we pipped in to order

I have always come here with family, for celebration meals or farewell meals.
Every time i have come here throughout my life, The food has always been as delicious as expected and hot, ready to eat!
The Staff aswell have always been friendly here, no matter how busy it is.
A good example of this is today, I came in after my gym workout to have some tea while I wait for friends, phone dead and I explain my situation and they lend me a charger, not many pubs do that.
The attitude of the workers here tonight aswell were really a nice change of pace. I work in a pub and there has always been a “cant be arsed” attitude by coworkers, and in other pubs i’ve been to but here? No they are kind and caring. I cannot recommend here enough.
