Recently visited and must say the best ice cream I've had for a long time, service with a smile from mr and mrs jones the cones.

Really tasty ice creams. Good selection although not huge. The portion sizes were hood with a single cone consisting of two scoops. Really loved the pistachio flavour.
While in Caernarfon stopped here with my wife for a ice cream. There was so many flavours to choose from. Although there was a queue of people we wasn't rushed the staff were very friendly and interacted with you. The ice cream was marvellous..

Superb ice-cream, if there is a queue coming out of the front door, wait!! If you want to try something other than a classic flavour go for Elderberry and Ginger it's divine!!
Ice cream from heaven!!! We decided to try out the place since there was always a long line in front of it. Well, we weren't disappointed. They have freshly prepared ice cream in number of flavors. We ordered pistachio and butter nut coffee in a chocolate waffle cone. Yummy!!! The ice cream wasn't sweet at all and it was full of flavor and freshness. Their sizes were huge as well. Will definitely try again when we visit wales again.
Wonderful little cafe/ice cream shop! Lots of information and little known facts about the castle on the walls, and the ice cream is to die for!! Spoilt for choice but had the mango and passion fruit…..delish! A must visit 👍

The staff is very polite and friendly.
I wish there was more choice of flavors. For example 2 basic flavors of ice-cream that were missing are hazelnut and coffee.
Overall, apart from that, this place is highly recommended.

Amazing ice cream made right there in store. Very friendly and hospitable ladies. The ice creams were on point with loads of flavor and not too milky... definitely coming back for a double scoop..

Cracking ice cream! Popular as the queue was out the door. Quality ice creams and friendly staff who asked how our ice creams were as we sat nearby as she passed us.
Whilst passing on our way to visit another ice cream shop, we chose to eat here due to the large crowd outside (we saw this as a good sign).
Upon entry, I was surprised by the lack of choice, and had hoped for some unique non-fruit based flavours, due to the ice creams being homemade (eg. salted caramel, peanut butter etc). I ended up choosing a scoop of toffee and a scoop of chocolate - chocolate being a flavour I never usually choose due to knowing what it tastes like - but I felt like there was no other suitable options.
The price of the ice cream was incredibly competitive, and tasted great. Customer service was good, as can be expected.
I give this venue a four out of five, but had there been more choice they'd definitely get a five. I would definitely revisit.

So many flavours!! I had ice cream served in a chocolate dipped come. Generous portions ,tasted delicious and great value for money. Well worth a visit.
