I visited the Goldcroft for a birthday meal. The Goldcroft handled the reservation well and the pub was very warm and welcoming. I am a fan of the outdoor area.
The food here was good, nothing that was exceptional but I would be happy to return.

Fun friendly staff, nice garden to sit in. The food with the bottomless brunch was not enough personally. Choices came in 3 dishes. Garlic bread best I have ever had. The choices for drinks were good though.

Went here for a post walk roast on a Sunday. Really nice pub in the centre of Caerleon and looks like a lovely beer garden for the summer. Roast was good value for money, could have done with a little more veg though. Pudding was yum.

Fish & Chips … wow. The fish was perfect, curry sauce brilliant for dunking chips, mushy peas perfect. Highly recommend 😊

Lovely venue in the heart of Caerleon. Attended a private function - staff were very attentive and friendly. The food served was fresh and hot. The pub arranged for the DJ too !! Top tunes played all night

Didn't have food but it looked nice, and people seemed content.
Also quite cozy inside, I expect it would be nice in the winter if they have a log fire, but being hot I wasn't looking for one.

Just had Sunday dinner. Lovely setting, staff really friendly and food very nice. Lots of different veg, yorkshire pudding with all meats not just Beef. Plenty of extras like crackling on the pork. Plenty of gravy. Thinking of booking Christmas dinner here, so nice.
Went for lunch and was very surprised by the quality of the food from the two meals for £15 . The service was a little slow but this was due to several large parties will be back soon.
