I have been a few times now. Recently under new owners. Menu has been renewed and slimed down. The food and portion sizes are good.

Lovely dog friendly pub,staff can't do enough for you made us feel very welcome.
We've had 3 roast dinners here now and each time absolutely delicious plenty of it & variety of veg. No room left for a pudding.
Definitely going back to try steak night !!
Went for the bike night. It was great loads of bikers. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Only complaint is the way they handle orders. They could probably use a tannoy and order numbers on a receipt to help reduce confusion and missing orders. Other than that it was great.
Called in today while passing and found the Coach and Horses to be a lovely pub with a good choice of fresh food. The landlady, Charlotte was very warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough. We will be calling back.
Really pleasant pub with reliably good food. A hot day, do we sat in the garden under shade. Charlotte, who was running the bar, couldn't have been more helpful: bought out drinks and food to our table and even agreed to store some frozen food for us, to be collected later. If only service like this

Returning after an absence to discover a new broom has meant just that.. excellent service and competitively priced very tasty food will mean coming back more often. Highly recommended
Nice friendly little pub in new forest. Ordered the beef brisket burger which I thought was a little under seasoned and dry. Massive portion. Good for a quick stopover.

Went to the bike night there on a Thursday. One of the best nights Ive had. Bar staff are lovely and there were loads of amazing bikes there.
Wow, if you are in the area and reading this review just go here! The portions are massive so wear stretchy clothes but it’s all home cooked to order and tastes amazing
A lovely dog friendly pub, atmosphere was superb, food was cooked to perfection. Very attentive staff. It's nice to go to a pub with home cooked food.

Friendly welcome and advice on the menu. Our sirloin steaks were very tender and perfectly cooked to match our orders. Plenty of quiet corners to hide away in!
Lovely atmosphere! Stopped in for some pudding and drinks! Service is lovely! Puddings were Devine and although we didn’t eat dinner here the meals we saw leaving the kitchen looked amazing can’t wait to come back and try the main meals!
