Coffee was good but not very strong. Lemon cheesecake was delicious.
The best coffee I’ve had in years! I didn’t know what I wanted but the friendly staff patiently asked a few questions and I ended up with a large latte using dark roast beans. Addictively delicious…
Another really nice coffee#1 don’t know what it is about #1 but the coffee tastes even better than cafe Nero even though they are owned by the same group. Nice layout and staff are friendly.

Critique.. service was slow , tables and floor not cleaned ... queue was backed up but this was down to too few staff on a busy day...

For a chain coffee place this was a very pleasant surprise. Really great food, good coffee and a chilled-out, comfortable vibe. Service a little slow, but it was a busy Saturday afternoon and they could have done with an extra person on.
We popped in for a treat with a hot drink. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and you can stay until you're ready to go. You don't feel rushed once you have finished. It is also very pram friendly.

Best coffee I’ve had in a long time. Much better than the big chains’ coffee. Great atmosphere, really friendly staff, clean, good WiFi - although I did have to sign up to “The Cloud” to access it.
