Place really has that extra touch. Food was well prepared and super tasty. Staff were very helpful and accommodating and whisked is through to seat despite arriving earlier than planned. Eased their way through the use of a Blue book voucher for the spend.

The food was unreal. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the rustic atmosphere. The staff was very wonderful. The lamb was 🤤🤤🤤🤤 and the butterscotch Sundae was delightful.

4.4/5 Chicken liver parfait - whipped chicken liver parfait paired perfectly with a sweet and tarte chutney topped with whiskey infused raisins. Must try imo! Thai prawn risotto - fresh prawns on a bed of Thai flavoured risotto and courgette noodles. The risotto didn’t have any particularly strong Thai flavours. Crispy pork belly - a really crispy pork belly served with a jus and some pumpkin purée. Loved the flavour of the crispy pork belly combined with the jus and purée but would’ve loved some more of the purée. The dish was topped with prawns and ribs. Pan seared catch of the day - delicious fresh fish (lemon sole for the day) pan seared and served with a side of boiled veggies.

We would give 10 out of 5 for the service provided. So professional, so friendly, feels like in a 5 star restaurant in London that you would not expect to see in such a small town. The waiters, bar tender know what they do and how to do it at its best. Really impressed. About the kitchen. The guiness soup is so delicious you cannot stop enjoying! The ox cheeks, loin of venison, crispy pork - the chef is brilliant! Everything is so tasty. We would definitely recommend to come here and try it for yourselves.

A lovely pit stop here after a trip to the Giant's Causeway. We were just passing through the village on the way to Derry and thought this place looked inviting. We had a seat in the bar area, looking out of the window by the open fire. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Food was absolutely delightful and huge portions. We both had the fish and chips. Highly recommend.

Beautiful quiet restaurant with amazing wait staff who are very pleasant. This restaurant can hold large groups or smaller parties. The quality of the food is very good and the menu is decent sized. The Irish Stew could use a little more salt but other than that, the food is fantastic. The fired chicken wings are also delicious! Further, if you are a dessert person, definitely get the salted caramel ice cream. Highly recommend.

We were recommended the Bushmills Tavern by the staff at the distillery. It was our favourite meal of our holiday. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again! .

I went there few weeks ago with my friends, because reading some reviews online and some guides, this place was said to be moderately cheap and with good food. Not entirely true I must say. We all ordered different things, so we tried different courses. I must say, the presentation of each plate was impeccable. All looked good and placed in the right place. It was extremely good looking. About the taste, lamb was really good, crusty on the outside and juicy and soft on the inside. Not the same for pork and chicken. In the pork course there were different thinks, all cooked differently, in order to try it in different versions I guess. But probably we would prefer something more. The chicken was quite standard, while the sauces served with the meat, were quite special. The vegetarian course was sad. The taste good, but I think that it's quite impossible to cook couliflower wrong. The desserts were good, but nothing special. I have to say, the apearence of each plate was way too good with respect to the actual food. But for this reason and for the impeccable service, I must give them a good review, even if not the maximum. The look and feel of the place is like a inn, but they behave like a gourmet place. And the prices are extremely high conpared to the actual food they serve. This makes the all experience good, but left us unhappy and someone still hungry.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff were great! The food was subpar. My Caesar salad was very wilted and my husband's pastrami sandwich had one slice of pastrami. Hopefully, that's a "one-off" situation. He has stayed there at the inn in the past and raved about it.

Food was outstanding. Beautifully presented and delicious. Service was disappointingly inconsistent with our table forgotten about while waiting to order dessert.
