We stumbled into this place only because Bushmills Distillery was a total waste of time with an infant but we were specially glad to find this place. We skimmed through all the places around the town center but instantly noticed that this place was the only one packed, it happened to be lunchtime also. That’s always a good sign: locals know best. :)
The food was GREAT QUALITY with a very fair price. I had a lunch offer which happened to be a decent bowl of Irish stew & wife had fish&chips. Coffee and latte was also good & the CAKES at the end were thoroughly prepared, tasted fresh and great overall.
The staff was very welcoming and professional. They put special attention to CLEANLINESS & didn’t make a mess with the bill though several persons took orders from us. For the ATMOSPHERE is also worth pointing out that complimenting its cozy setting was actually appropriate music playing which is a rarity in whichever country.
Overall I’d say this place should serve as a role model for many-many restaurants what a great experience for a lunchtime should be like.
A quaint little Cafe in the center of town opposite Centra. Reasonably priced and great for a brunch you can try their Irish stew, the full Ulster fry and their baked potato. The coffee's great too and you can try their Baileys cheesecake and toffee apple pie with custard to round off your meal.
I thought the staff looked petrified by the size of our 17 person party but I must have misread their expressions because they dealt with us with ease.
Our breakfasts arrived really quickly and were lovely. The Full Kettle certainly isn't one for those avoiding carbs - having soda bread, potato bread, pancake and toast - but I actually felt it seemed lighter than a total meat fest would. It was a shame there s no black pudding on it though.
The staff were friendly and the place is well presented and clean too. If definitely recommend for an Ulster Fry if you're in the area.
Absolutely lovely. Friendly staff, amazing food and they even do gluten free options! Xx
Fantastic classic Irish breakfast! We drove 30 minutes to have breakfast here based on excellent reviews, and were not disappointed! If in the area, dint miss out!
I liked this place, good portions and good flavor, we went to giant's causeway and after we were looking for something local to eat , this place was perfect and the staff were very welcoming, I'm just sad that I didn't leave room for dessert because they looked amazing
Food is very affordable but nothing special, opens early on Sunday. Service was fine. Side note, check out the toilet haha. Coolest toilet I’ve seen.
Very friendly staff, fast service and great food. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area.
A traditional Northern Irish cafe with delicious food in the centre of bushmills. Friendly staff who give attentive service and high quality food at an excellent price.
An enchanting place where kindness and culinary tradition are excellent!
