Manager was a bit panic but it make sense as it is very busy during a lunch time
Very busy but the staff worked really hard to get the customers orders done in a good time, food was ok would have expe Ted it to be a little warmer with the turn over of items being used
I originally said good prices, friendly staff. Unfortunately, prices have gone up recently (for example, very high 45p charge to upgrade to Large coffee for extra water!).
I've reported incorrect hours to Googlemaps re Sundays, and sent photos, but they won't accept Sunday hours currently 7am - 5pm)
Those beef n veg bakes that look like a Cornish pastie are yum .staff jolly and professional
Love Greggs great selection of tasty food both hot and cold at reasonable prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 from me. Keep up the good work 👏
Ordered from greggs pilsworth for a treat for daughters birthday, via delivery, including pizza sharing box and few other bits.
When delivered the driver forgot the pizza box and went before we realised.
I phoned the store and they were so helpful and went above and beyond to rectify the issue.

I go to Greggs every morning before work and usually for a brew after work. Friendly staff and great food.
Great for a quick bite. Fairly decent selection.
Good food at affordable prices. Friendly service and fast. Can now sit in to many of the shops,but it is slightly more expensive. Also there are a lot more home deliveries which at times slows down service in the store.
Excellent service in the shop. Over the weekend the shop was really busy. Considering we are in lockdown they had a queue going round the corner. No wonder they had run out of pasties! The staff were really friendly even though they were run off their feet. Keep up the good work guys!

Great food , plenty of parking , but be quick quite a busy place .
Good selection of items. Sometimes by around 2pm some of the sandwiches are out of stock for the day however. Otherwise clean, large store with friendly and attentive staff.
