Took Dad with dementia. Fantastic arm chair aerobics class then a great lunch. Very friendly, reasonably priced and popular. Parking, small lake to walk around and lovely cafe. We had a lovely time.

Great place to go to for a bite to eat (and you don't have to be a pensioner even though it's run by Age UK Bury). Plenty of choice on the regular menu but there are always a few specials on the board too - all at reasonable prices. Friendly atmosphere - the staff members (volunteers included) are always ready to have a chat. Add to that the lovely location overlooking the lido. Always busy - if you've not been, give it a go and if you're looking for activities to get involved in ask one of the staff for a timetable of what's available.

After 12 month of covid the staff was so happy to see my 90 yr. old aunt return. Beautiful gathering place, food was awesome 😋❣, wonderful views of Clarance Lido lodge (small lake) where locals fish, walk around and catch up on each other. We had meat pie w/gravy chips peas, & eggs & chips. The deserts were so inviting 😋 mom indulge in a delicious trifle😍

It's an over 50s centre. Exercises and activities for all ages over 50. The cafe is clean and the staff are very friendly. I went to collect my mum from an activity. And were made to feel welcome

Lovely place. It's a nice walk around the lodge. And it has a lovely cafe. Also most mornings there are remote controlled boats on the lodge.

Cool lido. Cafe is yummy. I like feeding the ducks. There was one hurt duck once and people were nice to it giving it bread until the RSPCA came.
