It's your run of the mill BK, but because it's not in the town centre, it's never hugely busy.
The food is predictably good, and the service is decent.
They accept the offers in the BK app, so that is great, too 👍
Great burgers (for a fast food place) enjoyed the flame grilled taste. Coffee was good too but customer service needs work.
I asked 'do you have sauces?' (don't usually eat at Burger King so wasn't sure if had any sauce packets to take away).
Staff said 'yes' and walked off.
Granted, they did answer my question but obviously too much to work out that I would actually like some! Had to wait to catch someone else's attention as no one was watching the counter.

I don't usually leave reviews but today the service I received from the member of staff that served me called STEVEN B really impressed me.
He was operating the drive through I used, usually you get told to "give them a minute", but I was greeted with "Welcome to Burger-king, what may I order for you?"
Straight away I knew he hadn't been working here long but already he's a credit to his team and should be recognised by his manager.
He was well mannered and spoken throughout the order and recited my order back to me and the offer code I provided to ensure everything was correct.
Upon paying he asked "how would you like to pay for your order, card or cash? Also would you like ice in your drink?"
Everything I've said seems pretty standard I know but the way he handled the whole thing showed exceptional customer service skills, something these days we don't always get, especially at a fast food drive through which is why I'm writing this review as insignificant it may seem, this young lad deserves good feedback and recognition.
Only one thing I would say which has nothing in relation to the lad is the toilets were in a terrible condition and needed attention.
Great place but service could be improved this was down to the number of staff rather than staff performance as they were rushed off their feet. Vegan whopper is a great burger sold there also handy for B and Q or sneeking off for a quick burger without the wife.
The food was made fresh and was hot. The staff was extremely polite and couldn't do enough for us even though they was very busy. The dining area was very clean and the air conditioning was lovely in this heat.
A pretty good Burger King. Premises are clean, food is fresh, staff seem friendly enough. Shame like everywhere else that prices are going up and up. Best using the app to get better offers.

Really do prefer BK recipes to the rivals, it is that flame / cheesy taste that sets it apart for me. Great mew mobile app does make ordering seamless with loads of deals to surely get you converted. Not to mention the unlimited drink station with rare soda flavours not on the retail shelves, you can mix it up from cherry, pear, peach and the usual and all zero sugar.
Only wish there were more closer locations, worth the motivated 10 mile cycling ride though.
Went through the drive through as it was during lockdown and they were only accepting people in cars. It should be noted that they are currently operating on a smaller menu, but it seems to have the main favourites on it and it didn't take too long to get my Whopper meal from the really nice and cheerful ladies at the two windows. The burger was a little messy, but good, as were the fries and diet Pepsi. It would have been nice to get some napkins too, because of course I managed to get some burger juice on my shirt.
