Went in a few days ago, seems they have had a refurb - which was a lovely surprise as it's now much cleaner and brighter.
I only ever go in for a cup of tea as they do PG Tips and that's my fave.
Very friendly staff and they seemed to care that I had the right combination of salad and even mixed the spinach in with the lettuce instead of just dumping it all in in clumps.
The food seemed fresh and tasted great, however staff can be a little unprofessional, although I feel it added some personality to my visit, some people may dislike that. Nice clean subway with good service. There were 4 staff on and no queue, and the drink refill machine was actually working and fully stocked.
Had my lunch from here today & was great service, didn't sit in as some tables & floor wasn't clean, some customers don't move there rubbish & because of this it can be unclean.
The staff try but fail at lunchtimes due to how busy they can get, there's a great team there.
If i could give it 6 stars i probably would. such a great bunch of characters. Excellent customer service, deffo go there again. Best spicy Italian i've ever had, herb and cheese, cheese and toasted, lettuce and peppers...don't forget the southwest!!! got served by a guy called Dean...top bloke!
Have to agree with that dean fella, absolutely fantastic service! much better than any other subway I have been to. I'd go there every day if I could for breakfast, lunch and tea but that wouldn't be very fresh for my body weight.
I love subway. Very good staff in this one. I wish they had more staff in because looks like they are understaffed and doing their best.
A decent Subway, cheap food and friendly staff who will have a quick chat with you whilst they work. It missed out on 5 stars as I couldn't eat in the store due to the mess on all the free tables.
My partner enjoyed her first subway here, made by sandwich artist Jo. Very welcoming and stunning service. Will be back soon for a different sub!
Myself and my wife went here today and we both had the salads absolutely amazing guys, we would defo recommend the salads
