I've been in tonight with 9 12yo girls for my daughters birthday. The lady who served us was absolutely fantastic. She was so lovely and made me feel at ease having all these little ladies on my own. Food was excellent and we were very well looked after.
I didn't get the ladies name but she had blonde hair and an Australian accent.. thank you x
Booked a table for 3, when I arrived I explained that it was only for two but we had my little one in the pram so needed the extra room, I also asked for a more discreet table due to breastfeeding, wasn’t a problem, set up a brand new table for us, didn’t have to wait! Such a nice thing to do for us and gave me more confidence to feed in public!
Great food and great service. Our waitress Sophie was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for her and she made our evening very enjoyable.

Been coming here for years, was served by a polite server called josh who made sure everything was perfect and looked after me and my family, nothing was too much of an ask. The food was brilliant as always, the service was even better, looking forward to my next trip already! 👌🏼
We have been to PizzaExpress several times, and continue to go back for the good food and good service. One waiter in particular I think his name is Joshua has served us on various occasions and is a credit to his team. He is very friendly and efficient and nothing is ever too much trouble. Waited incredibly long due to too many online orders in the kitchen, but the staff were excellent and made up for this as best they could. Very honest and made it funny in the end…
Would return in the hope for a more reasonably paced meal 🙏🏽😂
The food is always fresh, delicious and always hot and tasty and amazing! Clean restaurant, toilets are immaculate. 10/10 first class experience! Well done!

We came to Pizza Express for a class leavers treat. The staff were kind and friendly, the pizzas were very tasty (the dough balls and garlic butter were particularly popular!). The service was fast and correct despite our large numbers and we all had a very enjoyable time.
Food was great, staff were very nice and great with the kids. One thing we thought was excellent was after they had gotten us two high chairs they gave them a really good clean. Only place I have seen do that, we usually have to clean them ourselves.
The waiter Andy was a very pleasant fellow we had a good chat with him. Would definitely come again provided Andy is there.
Excellent service from Andy, not many other resturants will serve a group of teenagers. Was also very helpful with the assorted payment methods the group was using. No complaints.
Wonderful Monday night dinner with the family. Food was delicious, especially the dough balls. Service from Bill was very accommodating and helpful, lovely evening overall!
