It's a Toby Carvery.in fairness it was very good. We booked on line just about 20 minutes before we ate. We were shown to a table for two. All nicely cleaned. Our drinks order taken as usual. I had beef, my other half chose the pork. We both enjoyed our meals, the beef was succulent. Impossible to resist the roast potatoes and the thick onion gravy. Followed up with ice cream. Lovely.
A good meal at a reasonable price. No complaints.
Nice carvery, it tasted fresh and not stale as though it had been sat out all day which was nice. Clean and tidy inside and the staff were lovely, will definitely come here again.

The food was very tasty, we had the carvery.
After working in the food industry for over 20yrs, the staff with long hair, should be tied back correctly and under a hair net. No falling all over their shoulders. Not one member of staff, had a smile on their face.
I won't be returning.
Food was really lovely, meat was tender and warm, veggies were warm could have done with being hotter. Staff were lovely and most of them were very helpful, while others were blinkered. The disabled facilities, the hand drier wasn't working. Otherwise came away happy and content.
Food was good, and I actually enjoy the dated pub atmosphere so no complaints there, I do believe however it could be cheaper. I would definitely visit more often if it was.
Also, the Stella was flat!
staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady with the pink hair, she was lovely (didn’t catch your name, sorry) 😬 The place is a little too warm, hence why I give the staff more praise for always smiling in that heat. Food was nice too
Absolutely amazing food and service was on point as always they make you feel so comfortable, shaun one of the chefs there really took care of us and listened to everything we said we wanted, the manager who was on yesterday took care of our drinks even tho we changed our minds a few times, the waitresses was spot on to took 20 percent of our bill which was highly appreciated, will definitely be back . 5 star 🌟 well deserved
Welcomed on arrival, checked with us about allergens. The waitress was very pleasant (blonde hair tied up and curled) food was really good. A different waiter checked on us. Overall we had a excellent meal, will defiantly be back :)
It’s to warm in side could do with air con, also the food was great! Really nice, miles better than the my local chadderton carvery, so I travel to bury for this carvery. The only problem was last night was the mash it didn’t taste right it was to watery, it wasn’t thick mash that’s my only criticism, but everything else was absolutely delicious.
The food was nice hot pleasant the gravy sauces were excellent. their table service was excellent vclenleness of toilets and nice lovley warm freindly staff incuding the barman who directed me to the ice mc and water becasuse i was felling very tired after drinkinking a fair amount but the atmosphere in general for families was very good. Having worked in a new toby for a while, i can make informed decisions on the food. It was lovely meat and vegetables, so overall, good hearty meals all around very filling and satisfying thank you
Amazing carvery (turkey, beef, lamb and pork), delicious sides and, on top of everything, the traditional Toby Carvery gravy!
It was the second time I lunched at this unit in Ainsworth and the second time I had a great experience. I also visited other units, but there wasn't lamb.
Fresh food, good service and the atmosphere I like.

Food was hot and tasty and in plentiful supply. Plenty of choice too. Drinks & service staff polite and friendly. In fact, I'm taking a further 7 people there today for a meal.

So first off we are seated waitress asks if we’d like drinks in a very unfriendly manner and sort of looks us up and down we waited 15 minutes no sign of the two Pepsis we had ordered the same waitress was over to the side talking to a second waitress the whole time and ignored us every time we tried to get her attention at this point I’m looking at my boyfriend irritated like let’s leave I’m not giving these people my money him being stubborn refused to leave then gets the attention of another waitress not much friendlier than the first who took a further 10 minutes to bring the drinks we stayed for the carvery the chefs were lovely gave recommendations had a joke with us just genuinely nice people the variety of food was very good and I have to admit that everything tasted Amazing and I was low key glad my boyfriend made me stay as the food definitely made up for the waitresses bad attitude halfway through the meal the waitress comes over only to say she’d added our carvery to the tab them instantly disappeared so in all chef was brilliant food amazing but the wait staff were very rude hopefully just a one off
Excellent rare roast beef. Staff pleasant and helpful with good product knowledge. Good place for multi generational family gatherings. Great choice and vegetarian options too. One of the best carveries I've been to . Good for parking
Lovely carvery today. Young lad (sorry didn’t get his name) obviously new to the role did a great job serving us. Man on the desk as we came in made us feel very welcome gave great service with a good sense of humour thrown in for free.
