We went to a pub before this one but left as soon as we went in making us realise how amazing this pub truly is. From service & atmosphere to prices & quality of food. It’s all just outstanding compared to other pubs. Thank you for picking our night up!

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff serving the expectedly decent quality food found at Hungry Horse locations. Compared to other Hungry Horses this place was definitely far above expectations.
Absolutely amazing experience, had my sons 4th birthday party here and the service could not have been better! Kay, Chloe and Jaycee went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. If you’re looking to have a birthday party here, these will ensure it’s perfect.

Nearly didn't visit here due to bad reviews saying how busy and noisy it was, but it was quiet when I visited on a Saturday morning between 9 and 10 for a full English breakfast which was nicely cooked and extremely tasty. Noisy kids are only to be expected sometimes as there is a Whacky Warehouse next door, but it was quiet when I visited. Some people also complained about parking charge on reviews, but it is free to customers, and well signed outside and inside. Type in you reg number and parking is free. Two full English breakfasts and two coffees for under £12.00 is great.
Visited three weeks later between 9 and 10 9n a Sunday morning. Still good hot food at good value. Polite staff (served by Rebecca) and good atmosphere with noisy kids. Despite other reviews on about noisy kids and poorly cooked food, on our two visits we have found the exact opposite. Great food, great staff, relaxed atmosphere.
The above review was written about a year ago. Visited a year later and was not so impressed. My daughter-in-law likes toast to be what I call warm bread, with no brown on it at all, whereas I think toast should be a golden brown colour. When it's black, neither of us like it, and both of it would call it burnt toast rather than toast. Yet that's exactly what was served up as toast. Burnt black. By the time we had complained and new toast was brought, the person whose toast it was had finished their breakfast.
We came to the paper mill to celebrate my mum's birthday. The food came out quickly, hot and very tasty. The service was amazing and friendly. And we were sat in a very nice area - not too loud. Will return again soon
Had a lovely meal with my family on Sunday, special mention to our wonderful waitress caitlin! Absolutely fab service! She is a credit to your restaurant, i will definitely be returning!
I regularly visit this pub for meal. Have never had a meal that I didn’t enjoy.
Most of the staff are friendly. Waitress who usually brings the meal always says enjoy the meal.

Everyone who enters she says hello & after serving her customer, always says "enjoy". Not only to me, but I hear her say it to everyone she serves.
I take my little girl to the play area most Saturday mornings. She always has so much fun. The staff who work within the play area are always so friendly and lovely. The breakfast is always nice too
Been to the wacky warehouse with my nephews the staff are amazing and friendly and go above and beyond for there customers the food was lovely and the play area is safe and the children obviously love it thank you wacky team
