Great little pub with one of the best mixed grills I've ever had
Lovely little pub. Been many times. Nice pub atmosphere. Not full of sports and loud music. They has sports and music, but not everywhere and was easy to ignore/tune out, which is what I like. Food was good. Proper pub food with good size portions and gluten free options. Kids food was good value. O
We were staying at the caravan site next door for 5 nights and went into the pub twice and had food and drinks staff and service was excellent and reasonable price 👍 will go back
The is a true British pub (not many of these left). The food is truly fantastic. My favourite is the big mix grill. Great service and a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Dogs a very welcome.

Fantastic place to visit as you have the benefit of some lovely walks on its doorstep. Food not the cheapest but of a decent quality and the staff were superb. Great for dog walkers as I found out, with a huge beer garden to the rear.
Friendly and busy little pub in Burrs Park, Bury. Right next to a caravan site and the East Lancs Railway. Good pub grub and a nice selection of beers. Dog friendly too.

Went for lunch on Friday. The pub was very busy but the staff worked very hard to serve everyone.
