The Victoria Walshaw Restaurant - Bury - Photo album

90 pound for 3 of us for mother's Day for 3 courses each and alcoholic drinks was reasonable, the food is incredibly good for a small pub, the Eton mess was to die for, best I've had
Lovely little pub. Great food. Nice friendly staff. Quick service.
Really nice pub. Came as a group for a works do following their reopening and had a great meal. Will be back soon.
I arrived at The Victoria to deliver the letters 'LOVE' for a wedding reception later that evening. The staff were welcoming, organised and supportive. It appears to be a well looked after, traditional British pub in an ideal placement that you can't miss. - Letters4u
Really friendly place offering good pub food and drinks. Will definitely be visiting again.
My mum and dad (I'm a border collie by the way) had a meal here and I overheard them saying how much they enjoyed it. Oh and they brought me back a sausage which was woofin'. Anyways all the best to the staff and customers - Love from Barney sheepdog xx
Stopped off here for a quick drink and to watch the cyclist for IronMan going past with a group of friends. As we were waiting at the bar to be served the food coming out of the kitchen smelt great so we asked the girls on the bar for a quick look at the menu. The staff were brilliant, we asked th
We’ve had a few takeaways in the past and all been great. But last Tuesday we visited to celebrate my mums life. I cannot express how great full I am. It was short notice and the buffet was fantastic. All who gathered loved the food. The staff we’re fantastic. Thank you all. I’ll be in for a meal in
Couldn't be more pleased. When I rung asking if The Victoria could accommodate a group gathering for 20 people for 4 hours. We where offered 'The Snug' at the front of the pub this would be private and just for us, which is just what we wanted. The food was very nice, the staff were very helpful and
The pub has relaunched with new decor and a new food menu. Friendly staff and good selection of drinks particularly Gins.😊
This place is recently under new ownership. We really enjoyed it. Looks great inside. So cozy and pretty. Food was great. Service was great.
Took my elderly relative here today for lunch. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed the fish & chips and apple 🍎 crumble. It was honestly the best ever. The lady who served us looked after us so well without rushing us. Thanks so much for making our afternoon out very enjoyable.
As regular customers of The Victoria (both in the restaurant and takeaway), we know how lovely the food and service is so it was a bit of a no brainer when deciding where to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The staff were so wonderful to us, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was welcoming.
We stayed in one of the rooms upstairs. Nice bedrooms, better than expected! Beds were really comfy. Bathrooms seem a little unfinished/in need of some touch ups. Food excellent, great service.
The food was lovely. We had carrot and coriander soup, red pepper humous and pitta bread for starters. Steak and ale pie that was so full of meat the fork stood up in it, chips and veg. Halloumi skewers that were massive, skin on fries and red cabbage slaw. The staff are brilliant.
