Utterly delicious food, imaginative options but nothing outlandish just wonderful produce cooked extremely well. The toasties were excellent, as you'd expect, but the poached eggs with choice of two toppings were a stand out with perfectly cooked eggs and mushrooms with a generous portion of smoked
On a whim, we tried here for lunch following a visit to the monthly makers market.
Nice welcome and show straight to a table. Both lunch and breakfast were being served. Great attention to allergies, black pepper, and soya, with visits to chef and back to us to explain what was possible. We went f
The food was less traditional than the usual run of the mill eatery's which was nice. The seating arrangements were good felt quite intimate booth style seating very comfortable. Service was good staff were pleasant and helpful. Would go back. ☺️
Lovely food, very tasty, sadly the beef toastie I'd wanted to try had already run out at midday but the duck toastie I had instead was lovely. Service could have been better and quicker. My friends drink was forgotten and later, I couldn't get anyone's attention to order another. Despite this, I wou
Definitely at least 4.5 stars. With great salads and toasties, this is a fantastic place to grab refreshments and a bite to eat when in Bury St Edmunds. Prices are fair, and food is fresh and delicious.
In our first experience dine in breakfast today is good the best special they have on my picture. I love the black coffee and pastries. The cake is delicious but its too sweet for me.
We also take away some sausage rolls.
Definitely coming back soon.
Nice old stuff inside the shop lovely.
We are regulars at the cafe/restaurant as we love the food and the staff are always lovely!
For our wedding we had our reception at Wrights and it was such a great decision! The guests and ourselves thought Wrights blew it out the water with the incredible food, decor, organisation and how lovely th

Great burgers, good vibes, cool crowd.
Stopped for a couple of drinks, I had a pint and my wife had a hot chocolate. We shared a cake, which was delicious. I would like to come back and try the burgers on a Saturday night. A great café with very attentive staff.
Wright's provided me with a delightful experience all around. There are a lot of words I could use to describe the breakfast, but I'll just use one...flavor. It's cool that they had vegan options too, such as the scrambled Tofu and vegan cheese toastie.
Great friendly staff & service... food was bloody amazing... Worth every penny. keep up the good work guy's & Gal's.
I went to Wright's yesterday with a friend and would highly recommend it. We had poached eggs on toast with bacon and black pudding. The food was delicious, coffees were great and the hot chocolate was lovely. Prices are very reasonable, there are good choices on the menu including salads and ve
