I loved the Burger King in bury St Edmund’s! one of the best atmospheres and the staff were so polite especially faith from the till she was so sweet. Overall I will be going back and the food is incredible!!

Great food for the price. If you use the online app, the prices are very reasonable. The food comes out Relatively quickly and nearly always warm and well made. The gourmet burgers are expensive, but worth it.
I’m rating this BK in comparison to other BK’s I’ve had in the US, on bases, and a few other locations abroad, and not strictly as if I’ve never had BK before. I’ve placed an order on Deliveroo on a Tuesday/4ish pm and received my food in 11 mins. I do prefer the BK here and would order from them again if I were craving something it, which is rare to begin with. I find this UK BK less salty, which is a preference.
Very good! Employees are always polite and professional, clean and comfy places to sit. Food is always hot and fresh. Even at busy times, employees are quick and food is always hot and great quality. 100% recommend to visit and we will definitely be back soon!

Great but they did leave out the gherkin, tomato and onion from my husband's double bacon burger. Didn't realise til he'd almost finished....
After reading some reviews I want to make one myself. I think the staff are friendly and work effectively. My order is never wrong and always comes out fresh and hot. I’ve never had to wait over 10 mins unlike other fast food. Very clean and in regards to not wearing gloves it’s actually more hygienic to regularly wash your hands. Brilliant fast food restaurant, it’s one of my favourites
Came here today with my daughter, amazing service . Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing and hot. I would definitely be coming again . 5 stars.
