Enjoyed a relaxing break with a lovely drink and naughty cake in the spacious lounge, which was very clean comfy!! The toilet facilities were well kept. The staff could not have been more pleasant. Well done 👏
We ordered the Christmas drink which is very nice.
The only downside is staff should monitor the table and chairs to look tidy and clean. I'm Observing people thinking where we gonna seat. Cups left in the table and needs wipe for next costumer....
Meg & Dorothy were super helpful today. We came in for my son's birthday, as he requested a special drink. These ladies did not disappoint and made his day, making him a sweet hot drink with cream and sprinkles!
The staff were polite and friendly and didn't rush me along even though they were busy.

Friendly service (much better than a visit last year) and definitely dog friendly.
This is a nice long store. It can often take a while to find a seat and be served, but this is normal with the amount of people using it. If your like Starbucks or are indifferent, this is a safe bet!
Plenty of space to enjoy my White chocolate mocha and four cheese toastie!! Great barista,coffee presented excellently and toastie was delicious!! Very nice,friendly staff and quick service!! Coffee was hot also,some other places have been to it was only warm!! Thank you!!
