Mcdonald's - Bury St. Edmunds - Photo album

Best chips I've ever had a McDonald's, i don't know the name of the brown haired guy on chips, but he really knew what he was doing, the chips were hot fresh and evenly salted. Regarding everything else it was what you'd expect from a Maccies, random guy singing loudly on the table next to us, avera
Just like to leave a comment regarding one of your staff Dylan he was very kind to ask if our meal was satisfactory, and if there was anything he can do for us. That was very rare to come across these days and we appreciate his kindness and wish to pass our thanks to him.
It's McDonald's... same standard across the world so you know whatever you order will be exactly as you expect. Service, was quick, restaurant was busy and buzzing, but plenty of places to sit, if you choose to eat in.
Okay food. Sometimes there is hair in the food, sometimes there isn't. Food normally comes quickly which is good, however fries are normally slightly warm at best. It's cheap food made by teens so not surprised.
Had a seating area for people less mobile although seemed alot people ignored this. We managed get seat service was good ad was food
Everything was fine but they seem to always run out of diet coke a lot , could do with a microphone to help call out customer number as not everyone can hear . Also instead of the sauce on some items like the wrap s maybe give ketchup, because it is very messy to put it on and maybe onions instead
Its mcd's its always standard but the staff work hard but quality is suffering due to just eats and others taking the time from walk in customers. Philly cheese is a mess , crispy onions are not what you expect or want.downgraded the whole meal. Philby cheese is rank. End of. Staff working hard cert
Just what we ordered in good time, in a clean restaurant- thank you.
Had the Mcplant. Was nice (would be great if they could do a 1/4 pounder. But great to see that finally McDonald's is transitioning to offer some vegan options.
One of the few outlets who provide milk sticks with a tea when bringing out the order without having to ask our beg for them.
Food was ok but barely warm when it got to us!
Great food, but slow service
If its bury st edmunds poo waiting 30 mins then then you go up to say I haven't had our order yet for them to say you've already had your food lol no we haven't
It was genuinely alright but we got a lot of weird looks from employees
Cheap(ish) and you know what you're going to get. Easy to order via app or at machines
I love properly prepared B & E muffins !! And the Saturday morning coffee girl is wonderful too
