Best pizza we have had, they have a good range of choices including vegan options. The place was clean and staff friendly which is why I hate to put a negative on my experience but apart from taking our order we never saw any staff to ask for ie another drink, sauces, spoons. I would like to say that if you are ordering extra toppings on your pizza most of these are available at the salad bar for free ( they won't be warm but not £1 a topping either, so top your pizza up after you've got it :) there's an ice-cream bar to visit as often as you like ( there is a fee for this) also a drink machine you can go and top up your glass, sadly they do not do regular coke only diet and Pepsi Max. All in all a lovely meal just with a few niggles.
Haven't been in ages but their Gluten free pizzas are thr best I have ever had. If you ask you can have this with the unlimited buffet salad. Very helpful staff too. Will definitely go ago
Went to Pizza Hut Bury St Edmunds on Tuesday with my wife and had a good time. However, the menu on the website was different to the menu in the store. We had chosen our selection from the website. Come on Pizza Hut, you can do better than that! But the food was good, service was good, and we would use it again. It did not spoil our evening!
Been a few years since last going to a pizza hut as the cues are always way too long! However we stayed the distance to find that the staff where very polite and helpful. Its been a long time since I have had unlimited drinks and salard. I guess the only let down was a screaming toddler at the other side of the place. But thats not pizzahuts fault and I do think even the staff where getting a bit annoyed towards the end. Highly recommended
It's been a while since we visited Pizza hut Bury St Edmunds. You have to go and order at the counter and pay before you get your food. Can't say I was impressed. There was absolutely no atmosphere.
Great restaurant with the standard menu. The friendly and efficient staff make you want to come back again. The only issue is the lack of parking in the area.

Great for taking the kids to. Good menu choice and variety. Free salad bar which is great. Quick to serve your food and good value too.
Food and service was excellent however the salad bar was empty for some time.... Not enough staff. Toilets were clean but the floors were grim. The mens loo would flush.
Always a good option for food, especially the pizza. Wide variety of options even for vegans and vegetarians. Staff are always very welcoming, and it's a nice place to sit and enjoy the food with family and friends.
Very long journey to get to Bury so arrived very hungry. Very friendly staff who served me very quickly. Great value for money and tasty food.
