I am more drawn to coming back to this Costa then other situated in the area, here you always get a smile, conversation and exquisite coffee where as others lack that personal touch

Helpful and approachable team. BUT the hours at this branch change more often "than a pretty girl changes her dress" to use the old saw. 🙄
best customer service I've seen. polite, knowledgeable staff who remember your last visit and are more than happy to engage in conversation. willing to go the extra mile and suggest things you might enjoy but haven't tried . good range of snacks and light bites including gluten free.
This is one of the best Costas for service. We visit about every couple of weeks en route and frequently visit other Costas. The service here is always good.
