We have a tastecard and always go to this restaurant when we are at Bury St Edmunds. We have never been disappointed. Everything is great. This particular branch is always a real pleasure

The margarita pizza was so deliciously cheesy and tasted amazing the strawberry lemonades were refreshing specially on a hot summers day. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend coming to this prezzo.
Our server, Rosie, was very kind and efficient. My friend has a nut allergy and herself and the manager made sure to provide a nut-free menu. We the service was also quick and we didn’t have to wait long to order or get our bill.

Had a good meal with a group of friends. All our dishes were delicious and served fresh, good service and very nice atmosphere.
We had desserts which were also very yummy. One of our party is gluten free and he was able to get gf dishes too.

I went here today with my mother, my son, and my partner. I am profoundly Deaf, so going out is anxiety-inducing for me, even with people with me.
Our server was super friendly, really clearly spoken, and the service was fantastic. She made my elderly mother very happy and she was chatty & fun, putting me at ease.

Attentive service, very hot on allergies which is good to see. Pleasant atmosphere in the middle of town. Menu is heavy on spice, burgers arrived looking very well done, accompanied by great truffle fries for the price, a salad garnish would have made the dish a whole lot more impressive.
Absolutely delightful food. Extra care is taken to separate gluten free orders from regular orders. The pizza I had was gluten free and vegan, even the pepperoni slices were vegan! I was sceptical of the pepperoni, but it was enjoyable. Starter of olives were noted gluten free, too. It was lovely to see allergen friendly kids options! Only downside was the pathetic size of my coffee (pictured) although it was very nice.
Prezzo is probably my favourite Italian restaurant and this branch did not disappoint. All the staff that we had dealings with were very courteous and helpful and the food was spot on. The establishment itself was spotlessly clean which is important to me. I can definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant.
We had a large group of 30 + 10 on another table and the team were epic! I can't praise them enough how well they dealt with everything and kept smiling all night. So impressed. We'll be booking Christmas next year too!! Xxx
Decent food, but slower than usual service. Waited until after our starters came to receive our drinks. From being sat until we got drinks was 10 minutes minimum.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had a choice of seating. Delicious cabanara and rizoto. Calamari was really bready but that could have been the style or type. They made it right and replaced with really totally delicious garlic bread.
The most wonderful and amazing staff here! Food was impeccable, can not fault it. Highly recommend any of the cheesecakes for dessert or the chocolate orange one😍 Imacculate restaurant, friendly staff with nothing ever being too much trouble, spacious, welcoming and all round GREAT place! Love Prezzo food always, this was 10/10. Special shoutout to Kirsty, Rosie and Charlotte and Mckenzie👏💖 keep up the great work guys xx
