Thanks to everyone at Orissa tonight, the food was just amazing and the dishes were presented so well. All staff were friendly and the service was spot on, even helped with my coat on the way out. Will definitly recommend you to all of my family and friends and will be back soon!
First visit tonight and was not disappointed. Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the good was delicious! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

Visit Orissa a few weeks back on a Sunday evening. The starters were amazing and so full and rich in flavour, for the main the chef cooked me a Phal to order and must I say it's was truely amazing and full of flavour as well! Will certainly be visiting agian

The food, top notch level of flavours, really expertly done, could taste every spice and herb, the spicy heat took nothing away. You can eat the chicken and lamp with no worries because it is trimmed perfectly, no fatty bits.
The mushroom side was addictive and nicely fresh naan bread.
Great price as well, very good sized portions.
Will happily return to try more off the menu.

Found this little gem by accident and so glad we did. Food was great, the flavours all worked really well together and the presentation was excellent. The food portions were quite large to. The restaurant its self was clean presentable and welcoming and the waiting staff were professional polite and very helpful and gave great suggestions when asked for recommendations based on my preferences
We couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy our dinner. Warm welcoming staff, attentive and looked after us very well. Menu was extensive. I found my dishes to be very satisfying. I ordered Chicken/Lamb Shashlick and Garlic Naan. This had a real nice flavour profile. Food was freshly made, came swiftly, also great portions size. Perfect place. Go check it out!

delicious food. the only minor gripe is the heat levels of the food. the 4 chilli hot dish only had a small kick to it. but the flavours were absolutely superb. this is the best Indian food I've had in a long time.

My first Indian in Bury... though I’ve had Indian cuisine plenty in previous places I’ve lived and London. I really want to try others in town but I’m hooked on Orissa’s garlic mussel and garlic naan. I also enjoy their lamb and chicken korma. The vindaloo is also pretty good but packed with lots of heat if you’re not ready! I highly suggest for others to try out if you enjoy Indian cuisine. You won’t be disappointed!

Best Indian food I’ve had in a long time. Great atmosphere with nice music and friendly staff. I can’t find the words to describe how amazing this food was. It made me really happy. I will definitely come again and again. If you love Indian food and you’re in this area, this place is a must. It’s COVID-19 safe: they have the social distancing screens and the staff wear masks covering nose and mouth!

Visited Orrisa a number of times but hadn’t been here for a while.
Decided to book for a close group of friends.
The food and service were excellent, had the Chicken Tawa Dum Biriyani which was up there with the best meal I have had in any Indian restaurant.

Best Indian food in Bury. Plan to spend 2 hours, it can get quite busy. Get there early and have a cocktail upstairs.
Twelve of us went here last Saturday. It was an excellent decision. Service prompt and efficient with a full restaurant. I am particularly impressed by the fact that you can get a decent bottle of white wine for around £20 and that they don't add a service charge.
Both myself and my husband have been to Orissa a couple of times. Each time the food is beautiful. The staff are super poilet and friendly.
We will definitely be returning.
