If I had to describe the Boyne Arms in one word it would be ''Absolutely wonderful". The beer was good, the food was top quality and the service was second to none. I recently went there on an evening and I would recommend it in my top ten eateries (up there with Miller and or Carter in Cheshire). I ordered the steak which was cooked to perfection. Many thanks, I shall definitely be returning.

Found this pub by accident yesterday and stopped for lunch, steak and ale pie with veggies (good mixture of) and scampi and chips. Large portions and excellent quality for only £9.95 each . Comfortable pub and our dog was made very welcome too

Really love pub, staff where incredibly friendly We where a large group of 9 and all the food was delicious. It was nice to see lots of veggie options on the menu as well! We all thought the food was delicious, and reasonably priced. Very lovely atmosphere as well. Would definitely visit again!

A beautiful venue with great service and a very tasty Sunday roast. We'd booked a table a week in advance just incase. The roast beef was tender, portion sizes more that adequate, and great value for money. The gravy was especially exquisite too. Service - faultless and very attentive. We've been to many eateries in Bridgnorth and this place is one of the best.

We ate there 29th July 2023, service is impeccable, no exaggeration. It's lovely to enjoy a family owned business employing "old" fashioned values. Cannot fault their ethics and we wish them every success.

Stayed for two nights at the Old School House on the occasion of my wedding. Beautifully restored building inside and out. The main open room with the lay out of a lounge, kitchen is simply fantastic. Michelle the host couldn’t do enough to help. Thoroughly recommended. Had a meal on Friday night with two members of my family. Great choice on the menu and food was very good with excellent service. Thankyou to Michelle and her team for everything. Made the occasion even more special

We spent a very pleasant Saturday afternoon (20/05/23) with family and friends at the Boyne Arms. The hosts were superb... Friendly, helpful and cheerful (and not phased by our party of 15) Food... was very good and good value. More than happy to recommend this establishment to anyone fortunate enough to find themselves in the south of Shropshire and looking for a classy place to enjoy a pint or a meal.

Enjoyed staying 2 nights with my wife while visiting friends who live locally only disappointment was the non availability of a full English breakfast. Continental breakfast is available delivered to your room every morning in a basket but full English was offered for Saturday and Sunday in the hotel brochure in the room but when asking about it was told sorry no ! We told the staff not to bother on the Monday as neither of us wanted à basket breakfast so we drove into Ludlow and had one there. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable and staff excellent

Me / my family have been going to the boyne regularly for 30+ years / since I was a child. It was a fab pub when the lovely Janet ran it, and it is now fab again thanks to Michelle/Tim. The management in between Janet and Michelle/Tim where not so good. Due to their hard work and lovely personalities, Michelle/Tim have given the Boyne back the great vibe/atmosphere, like how Janet did years ago, it brings back lots of memories. Michelle never stops, her energy is amazing, I don't know how she does it. Food is Brill too. Garden is a proper country garden, so relaxing. We are lucky to have such a welcoming family/child/dog friendly pub locally. The newish chap they have working there is very friendly and hardworking too. Big thanks to you all.
