Excellent service. We came in to order a very large order for a kids party and the staff handled it brilliantly even though they were already busy. Every order was spot on and 24 happy kids. Thank you very much for your hard work.
A special mention to a staff member called Christopher, a very thoughtful and pleasant young man. Who clearly enjoys his job and customer care. Well done!
I have given this visit four stars, as whilst the service was excellent and prompt from the counter staff, the kitchen staff need to take a bit more care when preparing the food. My Breakfast Roll looked like it had been slapped together then crushed, with sauce coming out the sides.

Staff were very helpful. Thanks Lyn. Nice lady upstairs as well, didn't get her name, but nice and friendly. Much better than the last time I was here. We must have picked a quiet time as there were loads of empty seats.
Just used the drive-through for my order of which was served efficiently by friendly staff. I certainly them for takeaway!

Was very full today, orders being made but hardly any orders going out, Sam came in and flying all the orders out she was amazing sufficient and fast. You have a great team here nice and clean and food was good here as usual
Wudnt it be great to go just once and find they have milkshake, or they get your order right?

The staff wasn't friendly, lack of staff members and the place isn't very clean.
I have visited this restaurant twice in last month. The food was very nice and value for money. I was upset by the manager shouting across the restaurant at my lovely fiancee who was sitting on steps in the restaurant waiting for our food. The manager was very rude and abrupt in her manner to my fiancee. My fiancee suffers from bad back and was resting whilst waiting for food. My fiancee got up and walked out the restaurant as she felt embarrassed and angry at the management. After I used the touch screen to order my food the cleaner didn't clean it straight away and other 4 customers came in and used the same screen witch she didn't clean it after each customer which I feel breaches COVID rules regarding cleanliness as its states on your tv advert they clean it everytime a customer comes in witch clear not true.
