We held a wedding, service and reception at the Dovecliff, from start to finish the service was exceptional, they are professional and friendly.
The food during the Wedding Breakfast was excellent and of high quality.
The evening buffet was again exceptional, something for everyone.

Lovely hotel. Large comfortable room with great view over the river and all the comings and goings of ducks, swans, a heron and kingfisher.
The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff do a particularly good job.
We ate breakfast on two mornings and enjoyed a great variety of tas

Room was large and comfortable with the added bonus of a patio to relax on.
Didn't have a meal in the evening as we were staying over for a nearby function but the breakfast was delicious. P
We've recently taken Afternoon Tea here with my Mother to start the celebration towards her upcoming 100th Birthday 🎂
Food was excellent,only surpassed by the wonderful service and smile from our lovely waitress,Leah.

How lucky are we to have this stunning building in our village,! I visited yesterday with my sister and little dog just for coffee and cake and we were not disappointed! The lovely lady in reception was so very welcoming and took us through to a beautiful room and seated us , brought out water for
Family meal with kids and grandkids to celebrate our wedding anniversary it's changed hands since our last visit but staff were excellent and food was well presented and tasty. The live piano music was a lovely touch, also had a walk in the grounds after lunch.

I'm not sure about the room the bride stayed in, but for the guests, the rooms were not in the main buliding and had a separate entrance. Nothing wrong with them in particular but not the fanciest I have stayed in. The experience was wonderful as a guest, attentive staff, and the ceremony was held

Just a one night stop to meet friends for a get together (about an hour drove for both couples). Loved everything about the place : the room, the dinner, the breakfast and the tranquility. We intend to make this place our regular meet up point.

We didn't stay but had a Celebration of Life for my mother here. Everything was superb. The staff were friendly and gave great service. The food was exceptional. The location and hotel are really special. First Class.
The restaurant here is absolutely superb. Cost wise its only a little more expensive than local pub/restaurants, but the dining here is on a different level. Wine list is excellent, really good choices. Steak was sublime. Beautiful surroundings and tasteful decor. I love it.
Just had lunch with friends. Beautiful surroundings all tastefully decorated for Christmas. Service was excellent and discreet, food was outstanding, just delicious, we will definitely be back. The owner Anton took the time to chat to us and welcome us, really friendly place.
We came here for afternoon tea in July and it was beautiful. The food was amazing, as was the customer service! The gardens were gorgeous, you can see these from the conservatory. Afternoon tea was a very reasonable price - will be back here if we need afternoon tea again!
Great location, lovely building, quiet, comfy and good food.
Enjoyed the atmosphere of eating in the sunny orangery overlooking the extensive grounds.. with good food not an enormous menue (always a good sign as obvs freshly cooked!) and a friendly service. Felt relaxed after a great night's sleep.
