Very slow service, would be faster to go to a restaurant, rather than to a apparently a fast food place. We were waiting for our order about 25 mins and some items were missing. When we got it, our coke was completely flat.

As McDonald's go this isn't bad. I only visit McDonald's twice a year and this is the one we always visit. We visit about 7pm in the evening, its never been too busy, service is usually pretty quick. Food wise, it's McDonald's same as all McDonald's I suppose.

Just placed a large order for my daughters birthday and I'm absolutely disgusted with the service. After waiting over an hour, 5 items didn't arrive, 1 of the drinks was spilled in the bag, the special orders weren't done and the food was cold! Will never order from here again!

My opinion- McDonalds not so good as it was ... didn't get toys in happy meals, but it's normal last time. Not fast as expected, not fresh as expected. Can't say anything new all it happens in every Mcdonald everyday in our area

No organisation and making customers wait at drive through to be told to order inside. Then have to wait behind all the people actually waiting for food. Stretton Burton-upon-Trent my breakfast was not fit for my dog. My sausage and egg muffin was obviously burnt so it was trimmed and my pancakes were so hard that after twice asking for fresh I asked for a refund overall YUK! Don't bother.🤢

As a uber driver, this place is very dirty. Windows need a clean, floors, toilets stink and the kid who served me looked homeless with her trousers all chewed at the back dragging on the floor. Bulwell and hucknall Nottingham are far far cleaner. Sort it out!

Breakfast has always been lovely here, only thing is you have to remind them to inude sauce, but the staff are friendly enough,
