Great food, thry has vegan options such as poke bowl and vegan burger (8.5gbp) and sides, also some additional vegetarian options.
Prices are affordable.
The staff was very nice, food was out very fast. Allergies were asked at ordering.
There is plenty of free parking space.
First time going to a Nando's in years and this was a really nice experience.
The staff were all really nice, the last who served us at the till was very helpful and the staff on the floor helping us with the QR code were nice to.
The QR code didn't work for my meal which was the Halloumi and Mushroom Pitta as I wanted to make a deal and the option didn't come up so we had to go and order (the deal did work on my partner's food though).
The food was really hot and both our Melas came out at the same time, I always say the Corn on the Cob is the best from Nando's as it's cooked amazingly, this didn't disappoint on this meal.
There were lots of sauces available too
The toilets were clean as well

I visit regularly. The greatest thing about this place is the friendly and welcoming staff, who always provide a great service. The food is OK - typical chain restaurant and I try to go early to avoid busy times as it can be too crammed for my liking. The parking can be an issue on weekends due to the location being a small retail park, but this is no fault of the restaurant.
Most Nandos are pretty standard, the layout of tables are nice, food came very quickly and the waitress was friendly.
4 hours free parking outside the restaurant close to town and a few shops including a cinema nearby.
I'm not usually fond of Nando's tbh as I never got the menu ( it must be an age thing lol). It's much easier to understand these days. The place was quite busy for an early Friday lunch. I must say that the staff were the friendliest I have come across for a long time. Nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly go there again. A bit of mayo in the coleslaw would've been nice.

Food was quick to come, ordering on the app was straightforward. No negatives to the place or experience at all - although we did go at a relatively quiet time.

Nandos in Burton is our go too restaurant. Even tho we live in derby. We find the burton branch much better. Your always welcomed with a smile. The restaurant itself is very clean and well presented. And all the staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything you need. The food is always cooked to the highest standards and presented well. Thankyou for the great service and excellent food. Always a pleasure.
A lively place. Friendly staff and plenty of meal choice. Even had a lactose free ice cream. We had a chicken platter and chips and garlic bread. Good atmosphere.
The food is good! Make sure that you dine in at least with 2 hours before closing
This was my first visit to this particular Nandos and while the food was as good as ever. The customer service was some of the best I've experienced 👌

Despite being short staffed the team were friendly and there was no delay on food. Credit to Ty who cooked the food, its the best grilled chicken we've had in any of the branches around the Midlands recently. Hot and a good portion of chips. Well done team. And to the manager Chris. We shall be back.
